Link117, you could use consle commands to spawn sam so you can do the quest.

hay can you look in to this i am haveing trouble geting a quest idk if this mod is somhow messing with it the quest is (a night to remamber) i know to start the quest you need to be level 14 and i am 24 if somwon can help me if i am not doing somthing right the npc is not spwaning in the place is suposed to be in
