Wait. it's as simple as that.
you don't even need to rest that long, an hour is long enough. (it even gets rid of your temp. de-buffs!)

> WATER VISION!

There is a layer of texture above the clipping of water.
In between is a clear spot where you can see though the water with out the vision filter, thing active.
Use this if you know of any watered locations! (cough)ISLAND WEST OF ANVIL(cough)
