Cloud - Omnislash
Cloud's limit break may be the most annoying to unlock, because the battle arena can be very frustrating. There are two different methods to use, depending on whether or not you get omnislash before or after getting the highwind. Assuming you get omnislash before unlocking highwind, it's going to be much harder to get the appropriate amount of GP. Since you need 51,200 BP to unlock omnislash before the end of Disc 1, you're also going to need much more GP than you would have needed if you did it in Disc 2. One of the most effective ways to earn GP in disc 1 is by betting on chocobo races. Try to bet on the B class chocobos. Though the odds won't be in your favor as much if you were to bet on C class, you'll get much better prizes. (Turbo Ether - 150), (Enemy Away - 300), etc. Keep betting on the races until you have approximately 350 GP. Once you have 350 GP, go to Battle Square, and start the battles. Since the most BP you can get per battle is 12,500, you will need to atleast do it 5 times.
On Disc 2, it is much easier. Since you have access to the highwind, you can do chocobo races to get the GP that you need. You can kill two birds with one stone here, and get a Gold Chocobo while you're raising GP. The same thing applies here as it did before, get about 350 GP, then go to Battle Square. On Disc 2, you'll only need 32,000 BP for omnislash.
Barret - Catastrophe
Barret's level 4 limit break is considerably easier to get than Cloud's. All you need to do to get Barret's Catastrophe is make sure that the train does not crash into Corel during the quest to get the huge materia. Once you finish the quest, and corel is still undamaged, go to the house at the top left corner of the town, and talk to the woman with the hat. She will give Barret Catastrophe if he is in your party.
Tifa - Seventh Heaven
Tifa's level 4 limit break is somewhat of a pain to unlock, and you must be on Disc 2 or later. Go to nibelheim, and then enter Tifa's house, which is the right-middle house. Go to her room, and head over to the piano. Tifa must be in your party for this to work. Following is the list of controls and the order in which you need to press them.

Cancel, Switch, Menu, Page Up + Menu, Page Up + Switch, Cancel, Switch, Menu, Page Up + Cancel, Confirm, Cancel, Switch, Cancel.

Once you input that code, a sequence will play where Tifa mentions remembering the song. And her Level 4 Limit Break will pop out, "Seventh Heaven".
Aeris - Great Gospel
Aeris' final limit break, Great Gospel, must be obtained before the end of Disc 1. To avoid spoilers, I won't explain why. Once you've unlocked the buggy after clearing the gold saucer, take the buggy back to Costa Del Sol, and cross the ocean while you're in the buggy. Once you get across, drive towards the Mythril Mines, and take a sharp left once you pass the first mountain. Cross the stream, and drive to the right around the mountain. You'll come to a clearing with a small cave. Enter the cave, and talk to the sleeping man. He will tell you what your current battle count is. Once you've found out, leave the cave. You must fight battles until the last two digits of your battle count are the same (i.e. 122, 355, etc.). Once they are the same, go back inside the cave and talk to the man. He will give you a shard of mythril. If you're unlucky and get a bolt ring, go back outside and fight exactly 11 battles, then try again. Once you have mythril, go back to junon, and cross the ocean again. Go back to the gold saucer, and cross the stream. Once you cross the stream, immediately follow the coast to your left, until you get to a small house. Go inside and talk to the man and exchange the mythril shard with him. This man will only show up here after the party gets the tiny bronco. Go up the stairs and walk around to the left side of the balcony. Open up the mailbox looking thing, and that will give you Aeris' final limit break, Great Gospel.
Red XIII - Cosmo Memory
Red XIII's final limit break can be obtained from the safe inside the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. Go to the shinra mansion, go up the stairs and take a left. The first room on your right is the room with the safe. Before you attempt to open the safe, be sure that you are ready for a hard boss fight, because once you open the safe, you will have to fight "Lost Number", an incredibly hard boss. The code for the safe is - Right 36, Left 10, Right 59, Right 97. Press confirm once you get to each number. Make sure that you do NOT go past the number when you're scrolling, otherwise it won't count. You will have 20 seconds to enter all 4 numbers, so you still need to be fairly fast. Once you've opened the safe, you will immediately enter a boss battle with Lost Number. For the first half of the battle, he is relatively easy. But once his health drops below half, he will transform into 1 of 2 different forms. One form is almost immune to physical damage, while the other form is almost immune to magic damage. Be very careful when fighting Lost Number, because he deals high amounts of damage, and has 8,000 HP. Once you defeat him, he will drop Red XIII's final limit break, Cosmo Memory. Something I highly recommend is getting the enemy skills, Big Guard and White Wind for this fight. Big Guard can be found from manipulating the Beach Plugs on the coast near Gongaga. White Wind can be found from the Zemzeletts on the eastern continent. Go to Costa Del Sol, cross the ocean, and run around on the stony area around Junon until you encounter it.
Cait Sith - Slots
Cait Sith has no level 4 limit break. The way to obtain his final limit break, Slots, is by using dice 8 times, and getting 40 kills.
Cid - Highwind
Cid's final limit break, highwind, can be found after obtaining the Shinra Sub, during the quest for the huge materia. Drive around under the water until you find the sunken Gelnika (a cargo plane). Be very careful, as the monsters in this area are extremely powerful. Explore around inside the plane until you bump into Reno and Rude, who are examining the plane. Once you've beaten them, enter the room they were in front of, and collect all the items in there. Cid's final limit break, highwind, will be in that room.
Yuffie - All Creation
In order to unlock Yuffie's final limit break, you will need to complete her sidequest. Consult another walkthrough for this, as it would take too much time to explain. Once her sidequest is finished, go to the pagoda in Wutai, and make sure that Yuffie is in your party. Talk to the man sitting on the ground, and he will talk about entering a battle. Yuffie will then face, by herself, 4 separate opponents, all of which increase in strength as she progresses through the pagoda. Once you defeat the final opponent, Godo, he will give Yuffie her level 4 limit break, All Creation.
Vincent - Chaos
Vincent's Level 4 limit break may only be obtained from after the party gets the Shinra Sub through the end of the game. With Vincent in your party, go to the waterfall area on the western continent using either a submarine, or a mountain chocobo (or higher). Go inside the waterfall, and a sequence will play out between Vincent and a woman named Lucrecia. After the story sequence is finished, you will immediately be evicted from the waterfall. As soon as this happens, go back inside. Vincent's level 4 limit break and ultimate weapon will be laying on the altar.

OK so every thread I have found talks about how to level limit breaks. I have Vincent and his limit bar has been flashing full for 3 days now and he hasn't transformed to Galian Beast. Am I missing something?

EDIT: I did already mention it. I said the blacksmith wouldn't show up until you had access to the tiny bronco. Which is the same time that you need to find the keystone.

Oh yeah, the blacksmith won't show up until after you need to see him about the keystone. Sorry for not mentioning that in the guide.

Good guide. But I did read somewhere that I could NOT switch the mithril for Aeris' final break until AFTER Rocket Town. I only noticed cause I'm working on Aeris' Break for my final achievement now. I'm past Cosmo Canyon and I even had the buggy 'refixed', but still no blacksmith. Can you confirm this?

Thanks guys for giving me over 2,000 views! It means alot to me since this is my first guide I've ever written for anything. Sorry about the delay on the speedrun guide, but it's taking longer than I thought it would. Fear not! It will be available eventually, I haven't given up on it!
