Description
Overview
This simple mod adds a female Khajiit follower to the game. Tenera will use only melee weapons (or her claws if you take away all of her melee weapons). She is marriageable and you can find her in the Honningbrew Meadery on your way into Whiterun.

Tenera has a journal detailing her backstory and character as well as why she is in Skyrim.

She starts at level 5 and will level up alongside the player up to level 81. She may be a bit overpowered early in the game, but she is meant to be more balanced in the mid to late game depending on how you upgrade her gear and outfit her.

Due to her melee tendencies, Tenera is perfect for mages and not-so-sneaky archers who need someone to stand between them and their opponents, or even sword-and-shield warriors who need an extra blade watching their back. Don't worry! She's essential; so she cannot be killed (only downed)!

PLEASE COMMENT, RATE, AND FAVORITE IF YOU LIKE THIS MOD. COMMENTS, RATINGS, AND FAVORITES ARE HOW US MODDERS KNOW HOW WE'RE DOING. IF ANYONE HAS ANY ISSUE OR SUGGESTION, PLEASE PUT IT IN THE COMMENTS SECTION BELOW. I WON'T BITE MUCH.

And don't forget to check out my Khajiit Follower Collection, linked near the top of the description.

*Tenera is meant to be a female version of my original follower, Theo. Make sure all you lady cats check him out!

Sadly, I do not take requests any longer after the launch of ESO and my classes starting up again. It has been a while since I've done any modding and I'm likely a bit rusty as it is anyway.

Cool!! Thank you!! I thought the scars might prove problematic. I won't mind if you don't add them. I shall be waiting for the completion. Thank again!

Okay. The scars may be an issue, but otherwise it should be easily doable. The issue with the scars is that the CK includes just about all of the default character creation options (and then some), except for scars. Don't ask me why Bethesda didn't include them, but they're not there. There IS a way to make scars, but I have not learned that yet. BUT! I can always branch out and try new things. As I said, I'll release her in two stages: One basic one with a voice just to make sure everything's working correctly, and another with her being mute. After I release the first stage sometime in the next few days I'll check out ways to make her mute and give her scars. I'll let you know when I release either of them.

I upload some screenshots of how I want her to look on my screenshots. Steam won't let me send you the links directly.

Hair style: Dreads with rings.

Hmmm... A mute follower...? I don't believe I've ever done that. Interesting. Unfortunately, I've got a lot on my plate today, but it might clear up later tonight. If so, then I'll start working on her. I'll release a version where she does talk first just so I can get all the other stuff working correctly before attempting to do anything else. If you could send me a link to some screenshots of what you want her to look like (since you said she's based on your character) that would help a lot. If she wears any kind of helmet or headgear, have one with the headgear and one without so I can get a good look at her face.

As for the voice, make her mute, out of respect for my cousin Olivia.

I was kinda basing her off of my Khajiit, Vari'kaj. She would probably use a Dwarven greatsword and Scaled armor. I can't recall the name of the sneak ability that allows your movement to be silenced or the one that makes you harder to detect, but I know that those ones are a must. She would hve that ability that reinforces light armor, and the one that raises the power of greatswords. (I suck at recalling the ability names.) She would be somewhere in Markarth as the only survivor of a Stormcloak attack on her caravan. She would probably be a mute, as I like mute followers because they remind me of my cousin Olivia. She would attack Stormcloaks on sight and be essential so that she does not die. That's kind of what I was thinking. I hate theives. Never make her one, if you do ever make her. I agree completely, let's fight the stereotyps!!!

Also, do you have an idea for what voice type you want her to have? Remember that certain ones can't be used for followers, and some can't be used for marriage options.
