The Radio Room
This is an image of the radio room located forward of the main control room. To the left (front to back) is the Hydrophone and the Record player with a clock, rudder indicator, and RPM indicators above that. On the right is the Radio direction finder followed by the telegraph key and the enigma machine with the radio receiver and transmitter above that.

This is the Radio receiver and transmitter
It is very important not to change this unless all ships agree on a channel to use or unless told by another ship to switch to the other channel. The default is obviously 1.
Sending A Message.
This is an image of the telegraph key. It is used for sending messages via morse code on what channel is selected.

Sending a message is simple just type it out with your keyboard. However when you type in a letter (only special characters don't work e.g. (. , : ;) etc.) a little animation will play, Wait for the animation to finish or the character will not be sent. Note: the space bar does work just wait a second after hitting it and a space will show up in your message.

NOTE: When referring to a U-boat use the shortened form of names. (Abbreviations are in the next section below).

UNS = U-boat Nine Six
UFFT = U-boat Five Five Two
UTZS = U-boat Three Zero Seven
UFSF = U-boat Five Six Four

Message Formatting
Just sending a message without any formatting or stating who is sending it will cause confusion. This is where message formatting comes in. There are two types:

The General Broadcast
[Sender] [Message] [End]
Used for general broadcast such as: "UNS TO ALL CVY SPOTTED BRG 310 FROM NORTH END" this can also be used when you copy the message.

The Direct Message: Part One.
[Sender] [Recipient] [Message] [End]
This is only be used when directly messaging a ship and a typical Direct Message should follow as such: "UFFT TO UNS WHAT IS YOUR HDG AND LCT END" It would be best to try and wait for a response.

The Direct Message: Part Two.
[Recipient] [Sender] [Message] [End]
This is as to expected for the response of a direct message and should follow as: "UNS TO UFFT OUR LCT IS [Location] AND HDG IS [Heading] END" After sending this you might receive a message along the lines of "WE COPY" and it would be best not to respond to that.

NOTE: DO NOT send a message while another u-boat is sending a message as the two will get entangled.
Abbreviations
These Abbreviations are meant to shorten your messages and help improve the flow of communications. (If you have suggestions please leave it in the comments below).

HDG.:.Heading.
BRG.:.Bearing.
LCT..:.Location.
CVY..:.Convoy.
CV....:.Aircraft Carrier.
DD...:.Destroyer
DC...:.Corvette.
DE...:.Sloop.
Reading Messages
This is a screenshot of the radio log that can be accessed by pressing the "C" key and clicking on the "RADIO LOG" tab at the top. This is where you will be able to read messages you have received, but be aware as someone is needed to be near the radio room for the message to appear in the log.

there is guides which abreviations are used in the community.
Usual message woulde be recipient / sender and the message.
Example:

AS DE 556 CVY HDG IMI

All Stations from U-556 What is the convoy heading ?

Answer:
556 DE 96 CVY HDG 050 HCONF AR

U-556 from U-96 The convoy heading is 050 with a high certainty.

Everybody can do it how they like in their own games but this is what has been established. It leans heavily on the international morse standards. No need to reinvent the wheel.

Just type in plain English with the pertinent facts. No need to make something so simple so complicated. In real life this might be fine but in Wolfpack plain English works fine.

If UFFT is U Boat Five five two, what designation is Uboat Four Five Three or Any other combination using 4's, 5's, 2's or 3's, 6's or 7's ?

The use of the Enigma for its intended purpose is not advisable due to the lack of enemy eavesdropping. Until the developers create real enemies on the surface of the sea, it makes no sense to encrypt radio messages and is even harmful due to the decrease in operational radio traffic in the radio network.

For successful radio exchange, I recommend TCS (table of conditional signals), which is necessary for operational and service radio exchange in the network.

Since the game involves a free choice of boat call signs, it is not necessary to link them to the recommended ones. This is just an example or suggestion in the game.

I have been working with Morse for almost 50 years and I believe that with all the advantages of being able to transmit and receive radio messages in the game, dear developers did not take into account that professionals and radio amateurs who know a lot about Morse can play this game. Please keep this in mind for the future.

tip: Press Enter before you start typing a message. that way you can see any errors you make in real time and your crew can see what you have sent without checking the log

Error in tutorial - re: "[Sender] [Recipient] [Message] [End]"

You never have yourself as the prefix when starting a message to another station. You always start with who you are calling, followed by who is calling, then pass the message.

And if memory serves, you would start a message with 'CQ CQ CQ' to send a message to all receiving stations. i.e. the entire wolfpack as it stands in the game.

You certainly wouldn't start using extraneous words like 'to all' in a message.

e.g.

UNS UTZS CNY POS AN4943X034X273 CRS 270X14PT5 END

Which says 'U96, this is U307. Convoy position is AN4943 Bearing Left 034T, Bearing Right 273T, Course 270, Speed 14.5kts. Message ends'.

That allows the nav/Captain to plot the convoy's exact position, and it's course and speed, to allow them to plot an intercept, and know that they don't need to reply or say 'copy' (which people other than cop shows in the USA never really say, certainly not Kreigemarine)

Well done. I used to send morse code using a morse keyer for 25 years whilst in the merchant navy.
