How to check "YOU ARE GOD" progress

1000 hours into Mountain and wondering why YOU ARE GOD hasn't popped yet? Lemme help you with that.

How to check progress

This achievement used to require you to have one mountain live for 987 hours.

This is no longer the case. Now you must have mountains live for a total of 987 hours SINCE the upgrade. But that calculation is dodgy and frustrating. So I figured out how the game measures how close you are, and made a tool to let you see how close/far you are.

.exe for windows is under 'releases', and may give you some scary warnings, but its safe. The source code is RIGHT THERE if you wanna see what its doing / run the python directly instead.

Hi. I'm gonna start "playing" this "game" again. After reading the comments, I've seen that there was an update and that the hours start counting after the update. Also that some people have had their games stop counting altogether. Starting a new game NOW will work towards this achievement as intended? Is there something I shouldn't do to hinder the progress?

It stops, but it doesn't reset after mountain 2.0. Just start a new mountain, and run it for a while - the counter definitely has a delay.

Great, turns out I wasted 600h because it stopped counting

I was with almost 900h and counter went to 0 when I restarted the game in drawing part, before the new mountain appear

Restart the game, and blow up the mountain. The new mountain will start counting again.
