Ebony Blade Quest Fix After Glitch

This is a guide to fix your whispering lady quest if you have acquired the Ebony Blade by using a glitch or noclip before getting the quest
1. Stand on the table that the Ebony Blade was sitting on
2. Open your console by hitting the tilde key (usually located between Tab and esc)
3. type in this command "player.placeatme 0004a38f 1"
4. Pick up the Ebony Blade you spawned and the quest continues
You will have a second ebony blade in your inventory now but you can sell one of them after you have completed the quest

This will get the quest done but the blade will stay bugged (atleast for me) so you can't level it up
