Like I said, I was just curious. I was apart of Citizens of Tamriel and I saw it on this list and got excited. Regardless, you got a good list going!
If you ask me about gameplay mods I avoided heavy scripted mods BUT I haven't played all of these gameplay mods(Also don't recommend to use all of them) so I can't tell too much. I recommend you to check the descriptions of mods that you'd like to install.
Well, most of them is compatible with eachother. I am not 100% sure about gameplay mods but graphics are compatible. It's also matter of taste like i.e Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim and Vokrii Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim you cant use those two at same time.

Just use LOOT it will automatically order mods. This tool is recommended for modding Skyrim, works well also shows which mods needs cleaning with Tes5Edit tool - cleaning dirty plugins, wrong records etc.
