Alternate Color Palette Codes : Plague Knight

This is a guide for every alternate palette cheatcodes available for Plague Knight, based off gbaker9000's guide on Specter Knight's palettes:

Worth to note: Despite working as a cheatcode, using a custom palette will NOT disable achievements on your save!

Such a great guide for mixing up any Plague Knight run!
I just wanted to add in that, as of version 4.0 and up, these kinds of cheats will no longer disable achievements/feats.
