Skyrim Shrines of the Divines (and other gods)
Por DerAlleinTiger
So someone asked for a list of the shrine effects they could access directly from the Steam overlay while in-game, just for convenience's sake. I tried searching for one and didn't find any. If anyone finds another that was published before mine, please let me know. I would be more than happy to remove mine out of respect for the original guide(s).

I will cover only the basics for the time being (images of the shrines, their effects, and some of their locations). I have taken all of the information from this guide either directly from the UESP or from my own game experience. Hope you all can enjoy and that this might help some of you out!

Introduction
This guide was made as a quick-reference for those wanting to know the effects of the various shrines of the Divines and other deities within Skyrim. Please note that I did a quick check for other similar guides and found none. If you find any that I missed and supercede my guide, please notify me politely and I will be more than happy to remove mine out of respect for the original guide(s).

Please also note that I took most of this information and these images directly from the UESP[www.uesp.net] and that this guide is merely for the convenience of using it within the Steam overlay. Any other information or screenshots are from my own game experience.

One last thing before we begin:
Note that every single shrine in the game cures all diseases currently afflicting the player character upon their activation. Each shrine's effects also last a total of eight (8) in-game hours. Therefore, I will not bother to list these two effects for each and every single one as they should be automatically applied.

Now that all this is out of the way, let's begin!
Akatosh
Shrine of Akatosh

Effect: Magicka regenerates 10% faster.

Locations:
  • Atop the hill directly north of Frostfruit Inn in Rorikstead.
  • Atop a hill northeast of Twilight Sepulcher in Falkreath Hold.
  • Atop another hill northeast of the Atronach Stone and slightly southeast of Steamcrag Camp.
  • Inside Fort Sungard Shrine at Fort Sungard, southeast of Rorikstead. Only present if the fort is occupied by the Legion.

  • In the Riften Hall of the Dead.
  • In front of the gravekeeper's quarters in Falkreath.
Dibella
Shrine of Dibella

Julianos
Shrine of Julianos

  • North of Shearpoint, after going down some cliffs. It's almost completely buried, and is marked with a skeleton.

  • In the courtyard of Fort Amol. Disappears along with the elemental mage occupants should the fort be taken over by either side in the Civil War.
Kynareth

  • Inside Fort Sungard Shrine if the Forsworn occupy the fort.
  • Southwest of Morthal, east of the river, between the city and Crabber's Shanty.

  • Southwest of Windhelm, on a straight line between Cradlecrush Rock and Mara's Eye Pond, at the shores of a small pond, northwest of Mixwater Mill. A statue of Talos right next to it is visible from Windhelm's entry bridge.
  • Southwest of Froki's Shack, can be reached by following a path from Froki's Shack up the mountain.
  • Northeast of Pinewatch, apparently attacked by a Thalmor Justiciar, who will be found dead among the worshippers he slew.
  • Inside Fort Sungard Shrine at Fort Sungard, southeast of Rorikstead. Only present if the fort is occupied by the Stormcloaks.
Zenithar

Effect: Buying and selling prices are 10% better.

Locations:
  • Immediately west and just very slightly north of Four Skull Lookout on a promontory overlooking the river valley. Easily within sight of the western column of Four Skull Lookout.
  • Within ruins in the wilderness between Fort Greymoor and Rorikstead, immediately east of Gjukar's Monument.
  • West of Swindler's Den set against a large rock. There are other rocks of varying size around the area in a loose circle.

The only non-divine shrine in the base game of Skyrim is for Nocturnal.

Effect: You are 10% harder to detect while sneaking.

All three of these new shrines can be found in the Raven Rock Temple, so I will not list their location individually. I will add images to these eventually, but they are currently unavailable.

Shrine of Azura

Effect: Resist 10% of magic damage.

Shrine of Boethia

Effect: Do 10% more damage with one-handed melee weapons.

Shrine of Mephala

Effect: Buying and selling prices are 10% better.
Conclusion
Obviously, I didn't put a whole lot of effort into this guide. Afterall, half of the information is copy-paste'd right from the UESP[www.uesp.net]. But as I said before, I made this only for the sake of convenience for those who'd rather have the information right on the Steam overlay.

Also, please note that the listed locations may or may not be all of the shrine locations. More may be hidden out there in the world of Skyrim. So don't be surprised if you find one in a place that wasn't listed.

I may expand upon this guide if I ever get the time and urge to do so. If it's requested, I may just add in the amulets and their effects as well.

Thank you for reading, and I hope it helped!

*Yes, there is a lot of stuff missing at the moment (images, amulets, etc.). I'll more than likely add it all in later, but I honestly just don't feel like putting it in right now. So deal with.

His shrine would probably have something like a Lute having wine constantly poured upon it.

....What if Sanguine and Sheogorath both had Shrines??? :O
Obviously Sheogorath would be Madness, like the fury spells.
And Sanguine... well... lol. He's the party prince, (a drunk one at that) and how would that work??

I don't believe Meridia has a shrine like these in-game. I could be wrong and just never found it/don't remember it, but I don't believe it's there.

There is a mod that will display the effect when you look at the shrine. I think it was called shrines of skyrim.
