Chancy the Ghost Horker

Description
The small mod adds the ability to summon Chancy the Ghost Horker. It is found on the dead horker, Chancy, in the Drunken Huntsman located in Whiterun. It is a Novce level conjuration spell. Also Chancy loves Sweet Rolls so be carefull.
