Concursion Now Available!
Concursion Playable Demo Now Live!!
Release date: Summer 2014
Concursion is a multi-genre game that sees you steer your hero – running, jumping, flying, fighting and occasionally dancing – through a dangerous interdimensional world. You’ll need to switch on the fly between the mechanics of platformers, hack-and-slashers, space shooters, classic arcade maze-racing and more, if you’re to succeed in your journey through a universe pockmarked with rifts to other worlds.

These rips in the fabric of the game mean that one moment you’re a samurai in feudal Japan, slicing and dicing your way through your enemies, and one jump later you’re a spaceship somewhere on the outskirts of the universe, desperately dodging asteroids. Throughout your journey you’ll glide from the side-scrolling platformer you thought you were playing into a Pac-Man-esque maze quest or classic beat-‘em-up and back again. Concursion plays with the boundaries of traditional game genres and produces an entirely new compound from the pot.

If an indie game has an idea, but with only 10 levels, it becomes a gimmick. Looks like this game is shaping up to be a full-solid product. That deserves a full-price purchase.

Thanks for responding! That's what I'm talking about!

Hi Big,

We'd love to do a level editor, if people are interested. We have one we use ourselves, to make all the levels proper. :)

Beyond that, I guarantee we didn't skimp on levels. How's ~70 sound? :)

Heard about it from Kaz video - would buy. Just don't skimp on the content/levels, and consider an extra game mode outside of story, such as endless, leveleditor, or challenges. Those two things would make this more than a solid product, and deserve a much greater rating VS a 10$ gimmick with 20 levels.
