True, man. I agree that it is surprising Codemasters allows this mod. And this is not the only 2019 mod for F1 2018 game. Yesterday I tried another one. It seems this type of mod exist for quite sometime. There is a 2018 mod for F1 2017 game, 2017 mod for F1 2016 game and so on. On the other hand, these mods are not perfect. When you look closely you discover some bugs and problems (as the multiplayer issue you pointed out). Some of these bugs are impossible to fix and this fact makes me suspect that Codemasters put some locks in the game to make it impossible to run these mods perfectly. In this case, Codemaster may treat these mods as a cheap demo for the new F1 2019 game.

Honestly, I'm surprised codemasters allows such a mod as to take away from revenue generated by 2019 game... since they are licensed to do the entire F1 season... which blows, I wish they would smarten up and let Kunoz develop their version of F1...just my opinion.

After further study with this mod, it kicks you from multiplayer.... checksum I assume since it is a mod. And also the mod has no center piece to the halo LOLOL.... Other than that its ok if you like the graphics and physics of codemaster's interpretation of Formula One.
