Description
Adds a new spell that can be found in Dragonsreach behind Farengars big map. It sends of a lightnig bolt. When it hits it explodes into a fiery ball of doom. PS:kinda OP

So, if I'm reading this right, it moves as fast as a lightning bolt, and explodes on impact like a fireball?
