I've tried all the other guides on Steam and elsewhere, and none of them worked for me, untill i've found this one:

Just click the above link, download the files, and follow the instructions, it's very easy. That's it, simple and clean.

PS: If it doesn't work for you, even though you've followed ALL the instructions to the letter, I'm sorry, but I can't help you. But it'll work, I'm sure.

Everything works perfectly fine, but the mission time isn't tracking for me? It gives me a S rank of 0:00:00 every time. anyone else?

I was a previous user of Style Switcher 3.1.6 and the thing that I don't like is that the game crashes after using the Divinity Statue so probably the workaround so far is that you can Customize your setup before starting the Mission.

As of 3.1.3, kinda stable but the Weapon Switcher is not working on my end. Also some bugs like Dante in the elevator and in the temperance wagon, kinda bearable and I do not experience crashes so far.

To be more specific, the description of the starter pack refered to that version of style switcher because that was the newest version of it at the time. The older version of style switcher in starter pack is even included as a con in the description of it on PCGW.

As far as I can tell, this works for the most part.

It's worth mentioning that anyone who wants borderless fullscreen with external software should set "Mode" in StyleSwitcher.ini to "0".
The mod removes the Alt+enter macro from the game along with keyboard configuration and the prompt to quit or not when pressing alt+F4. They could've bothered to add a "quit game" option to the main menu while they were at it, though. Pressing alt+F4 to quit a game in 2021 just feels like such brute force.

I tried adding my controller's name "6 axis 16 button gamepad with hat switch" to dmc3se.ini and it didn't recognize it. My controller is an XBox series S/X pad.
I'll try other XInput devices later.
