Operate

to get the achievement start the heart transplant surgery, remove everything or almost everything except the heart that is in him, then take the new heart and place it in with the old heart

Fun Fact- in Dr.Who a Time Lord has 2 hearts, the telephone booth in the achievement icon is called a tardis. A tardis can transport its occupants to any point in time and any place in the universe.
