I made this guide because I want to compile a list of all of my builds and review them, I'll also take suggestions here, just post them in the comments and i'll make a build based on those suggestions!

Explanation

This build was my very first build being uploaded to the public in any means, I looked at all those builds on the Steam Guides and thought, "yeah, that could be me!" I went for it and it- (sigh) it looked good, but the build itself wasen't very good.

Components

Shotgun skills, Beserker and basic Frenzy? and I said I couldn't spare the points? I had like 3 unnecessary skills in Ghost alone! I could've easily afforded Frenzy Aced.
We use the Armorer Perk Deck as well apparently, It didn't even work well, should've just went with Anarchist.
The weapons although are pretty good, the HE Judge was a nice addition, using the katana with Bloodthirst ACED really helped there too.

Recommandation

Would I recommend the Old Shotgunner build?

If you were to take this build and just used it as it is, you probably would've died, however, respec some skills into Bullseye ACED and Frenzy ACED, use anarchist and swap the Steakout for the Izhma and it just might work.

Explanation

After the fail of my first build, I decided to try again with everyones favorite method of attack, Dodge, but why the weapon choices? I honestly don't remember, but they were good choices right? Let's find out!

Really it's just all you need in a Dodge build, dodge, FAKs, Inspire, Bullseye, Swan Song, and drill skills? Apparently young me was keen of being a good teammate no matter the build?
I like how I went for base game weapons with optional DLC mods here, plus the Galant just feels right for some reason, the 5/7 AP Pistol also helps to deal with shield, and the reload switch speed buff with rogue helps that alot.

Currenty this is outclassed by another build of mine, which I will touch on shortly, but at the time, it was a force to be reckoned with.

Explanation

The Galant Dodge build was really good, there was no reason to replace it, but I did and boy was the replacement better in every single way, except drill skills, but was it really that good? Let's find out!

Components

Standard dodge build skills, we've already talked about what those are, but really the big deal is in Fugitive, where a majority of our points were just dumped into Gunslinger, I mean just look at that!

We still get enough points for Swan Song too!
Our secondary was still the same, but our Primary was replaced outright with Akimbo STYRK 18c, you have no idea how fun this was to test.
Litteralry all I did was vomit bullets in peoples faces and it just worked.

This really is better than Galant Dodge, in every, single, way.
Running around and pounding someones face in with bullets shouldn't be this fun, but it is.

Explanation

The LMG Build is basically dumbing yourself down to the definition of a mobile turret, run around, shoot thing, reload and run more. But is it really just that? Let's find out!

Components

ICTV, Muscle, LMG, Grenade Launcher, Ammo Bags, it's the standard armor build, but with an LMG, I honestly have no idea what else to put here, this is a very simple build.

When I tested this on Overkill/Mayhem, can't remember, I had trouble killing anything for some reason, so maybe don't use this, but if you develop the sudden urge to kill cops with an LMG, you know where to go.

The Survivor build was thought of when I had to make a new build, so I though, "man, people die alot!" and it clicked, but does it work? Let's find out!

Health Regen from Hostage Taker, converted cops to increase health, Damage resitances from multiple sources, ICTV to survive the most bullets, and skills to help improve recovering from going down, such as Swan Song, Nine Lives and Running from Death, Muscle, Base Game weapons, Grenades, and FAKs.

This build ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks, when I tested this, I barely survived, which is the opposite of what you want to do with this build, like really, what the ♥♥♥♥?

The Old Shotgunner build sucked, and I wanted to improve it, but did I succeed? Let's find out!

Health regen from Hostage Taker and convert skills to improve health and speed, shotgun skills, ICTV, ammo bags, and Swan Song. Anarchist is the go to perk deck here, I mean, ever since I started using it, I can't put it down, It is my goto perk. Raven Shotgun and HE Judge, buzzer for hostages and converts, and molotov for regenerating armor.

I was very impressed with myself when I first made this build, but overtime, I kept thinking to myself, "were my choices really that good?" No, no they weren't, I could've used the Izhma Auto Shotty.

Explanation

Ever since the shutdown of pd2tools, I became very depressed (Overexageration) that I couldn't make anymore builds, thus I started experimenting with new styles of build pages, and landed on this, it was also the beginning of the Update log, and just a bunch of new stuff in general, but did the build succeed? Let's find out!

Components

Honestly, I just threw this together very lazily in order to try the new style, but it still works, Graze, FAKs, Jack of all Trades, minor drill skills, dodge skills. Rogue for dodge, Originaly it was the Desertfox but then I found out the Contractor .308 is better in every aspect, also originally the secondary was a Max Con Bernetti 9, but I found out a better weapon was the Bronco .44 Revolver at the cost of like 1 concealment. Buzzer for hostages and a grenade of choice.

I've actually been meaning to share the build for a long time, but never got around to sharing it, so I though now was the perfect time, turns out the community generally agrees to either full stealth or full loud, builds still good for solo with AI though, but is it? Let's find out!

Components

Loud skills combined with Stealth skills, as you can see in both Enforcer and Ghost, Crook for loud purposes only, increased dodge with ballistic vests, AK Rifle and LEO Pistol for loud and stealth respectively, Weapon Butt, for everything, ECMs and a second deployable of choice.

Would I recommend the Part Dodge Build?

The build itself isn't too bad, it works in both stealth and loud, but most people just won't use it and I see why, most people are good at stealth and consider it "too easy" but others (like yours truly) just aren't compitent enough at stealth, and prefer to go loud, so they like to go both, but there isn't a build online for them, so they make one but it doesn't work, so here you go.

Explanation

I made this build by simply watching a Fallout 4 Build video and remaking some of them, tested them out, and found out that one of them, this one, was actually really good, and I might gain more traffic if I just shared it, so that's what I did, I'm proud of this, But is it actually that good? Let's find out!

Components

Shotgun skills, Ammo Bags, dodge, crtis, Swan Song and seemingly far to few melee skills.
Grinder for health regen and fire to compliment that, Fire actually works with grinder, so we're using a shotgun loaded with Dragon's Breath Rounds and a flamethrower to pair with it, so we can activate OVERKILL and unleash hell.

Recommandation

Would I recommend the Arsonist Build?
YES.
How would I rate it out of 10?

The build is incredibly fun to use, and it works well to, you may die a few times, but as long as you know how to use grinder, you should be able to stand up on two legs long enough to kill as many foes as you want, just remember that you shouldn't be having too much fun as the game is all about completing objectives, not killing cops.

Explanation

One day, smiley had the brilliant idea to make builds based on Hotline Miami and it's unique characters, and eventually thought of the idea to do the same thing but with the masks as well!
Consider this the Jacket and Richard build.
But it is good? I'm here to find out exactly that.

Components

We are using dodge to survive, since in the game, that's your only form of survival.
We also have skills for every weapon type, why?
Because I made almost every weapon from Hotline Miami 1 & 2!
Funnily enough, I only made 3 primarys though.
I have also given you the choice of not one, not two, but I can't count that high many melee weapons!

YES.

With multiple weapon choices and dodge right up your sleeve, this build suits the playstyle of everyone!
Though not everyone may have the DLC or know how to use dodge, but it's still fun, nonetheless it's also a run and gun build, because it's Hotline Miami, run and gun is the premise.
Also Jacket is a bada-

Explanation

I watched the first two Terminator movies recently and wanted to make a Terminator build but I didn't see any out there, or at least any good ones, so I made my own.

Components

We are using the classic Terminator weapons, the 1887 Lever Action, the Hardballer with laser sighting, and Minigun, and so much more.
We are using anarchist, you have three choices of ace skills, you can use Overkill Aced, Iron Man Aced or Fully Loaded Aced.

I doubt this build for DS so literally remove shitsong and all of the useless skills in ghost besides crits and basic movement aka duck&cover + optionally parkour and get a convert with HT, since enemies below DS do laughable dmg anything should do.

About the Arsonist build. Sneaky Bastard is one of the worst skills in game since it requires useless skills like shockproof which makes you waste skills. What's worse, you used it ACED. That means even more waste ;c
