The Build

Dodge from afar with a sniper rifle, shoot specials and decimate shields. Testing new style because pd2tools shut down.

Pros:
  • Dodge, to get out of sticky situations.
  • Sniper rifle, for poppin heads.
  • Graze, because a sniper build is not complete without Graze.
  • FAKs and a secondary deployment of your choice.

Cons:
  • Semi-Mayhem & Deathwish Viable, damage isnt what I wanted.
  • ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enemy snipers, hate them.

Mastermind


Medic
Combat Medic Basic - Used to get other skills.
Quick Fix Basic - Used to get other skills.
Uppers ACED - More FAKs and the ability to not die when close to a FAK.

Controller
Nothing.

Sharpshooter
Stable Shot Basic - Stability is always useful, Used to get other skills.
Marksman Basic - Increased Accuracy overall will be very useful.
Ammo Efficiency ACED - Shooting multiple enemies in a row will grant a refunded bullet, this is very useful for conserving ammo.
Aggresive Reload ACED - This lets you reload faster in general and lets you reload even faster by getting headshots with your sniper.
Graze ACED - Enemies around the bullet you shot, granted it hits, will also be hit for a small amount of damage, however, it deals more damage if the landed hit is a headshot, use and abuse this in corridors for multikills.
Enforcer


Shotgunner
Nothing.

Tank
Resilience ACED - Flashbangs, while annoying, are reduced while this is active, more people need to use this skill.
Bullseye Basic - Headshots give you armor, armor lets you survive, Keep those helmets flying!

Ammo Specialist
Nothing.
Technician


Engineer
Third Law Basic - Used to get other skills.
Eco Sentry Basic - Used to get other skills.
Jack of All Trades ACED - Carry around a second deployable and swap with X (By default) I prefer Ammo Bags, but choose whatever helps yer team.

Breacher
Hardware Expert Basic - Faster drill fixing is always helpful, when you need it in a pinch.
Drill Sawgeant ACED - Faster drills are always beneficial to the team.

Oppressor
Nothing.
Ghost


Shinobi
Nothing.

Artful Dodger
Duck and Cover ACED - Run faster, Run longer, and dodge good.
Parkour Basic - Run faster, and climb ladders faster, if thats actually helpful.
Inner Pockets Basic - More concealment for doing absolutely nothing, always useful with dodge builds and stealth builds.
Shockproof ACED - You're using a sniper for gods sake, getting tasers won't exactly be the easist task, in my opinion, this is a necessity.
Sneaky Bastard Basic - Dodge increased based on concealment, only basic required for full amount, Aced just gives you more leeway with the concealment.

Silent Killer
Second Wind Basic - Used to get other skills.
Optical Illusions ACED - Increased concealment for using a supressor, always useful during stealth.
The Professional ACED - Increased Accuracy and Stability for using a supressor.
Low Blow Basic - Critical Hit chance increased based on concealment, uses same format for Sneaky Bastard.
Fugitive


Gunslinger
Nothing.

Revenant
Nines Lives Basic - Used to get other skills.
Running From Death Basic - Used to get other skills.
Swan Song ACED - If and when you go down, you get six full seconds of infinite ammo, and a reduced movement speed, do you want to get to cover? Or do you want to clear the room?

Brawler
Nothing.
Perk Deck
The Perk Deck we will be using is Rogue.

Rogue is THE dodge perk deck, designed with dodge in mind, this is where most of our dodge comes from, without it, 45 extra dodge would be gone, this is why we need it, also, stick close to your teammates to be less noticable by the cops.


Weapons
Our weapons will both be DLC, The Desertfox is apparently an inferior choice, never judge a weapon by its base stats, and by its weapon mods.

Primary

Contractor .308 Sniper Rifle



Modded with:
  • Contractor Silencer
  • +1 Concealment Boost
  • 45 Degree Ironsights
  • Straight Grip OR Titanium Skeleton Grip
  • Compact Profile Sight
  • Folding Stock


Secondary

Swedish K Submachine Gun



Modded with:
  • Grease Barrel
  • Medium Suppressor OR Any -2 or below Concealment Suppressor
  • +1 Concealment Boost
  • Compact Laser Module
  • Ergo Grip
  • Compact Profile Sight
  • Folded Stock


Melee

Buzzer


Use them to stun enemies such as cloakers when they charge at you, or to take hostages! (is their main use)

Throwable

Incendiary Grenades



Alternatively use concussion grenades for the same effect, just without the death.
Armor
Obviously we're gonna be using the Two-Piece Suit, for best available dodge.

Deployables
Our primary deployable will be the First Aid Kits, and our second deployable can be whatever you want, I prefer Ammo Bags.

i tested it out

i have 9 detection risk both with the swedish rifle and the contractor rifle and tbh its pretty great
