Program description

Warframe Alerts Informer is a standalone tool (application) for Windows XP/7/8. It will scan for alerts and inform you about new alerts you want to know about. For example, if you only want to be informed about Orokin Catalyst Blueprint and Orokin Reactor Blueprint alerts, just add "orokin" keyword! You can add "blueprint" keyword and program will inform you about any alert which has any blueprint as reward and so on.This program's advantages are:

• Doesn't require any sort of registration, autorization or anything. Completely anonymous.
  
• Doesn't require browser, twitter account or C++ redistrib package #37205.
  
• Has nice GUI, but can also quietly run in tray.
  
• Can inform you about specific alerts of your choice in 3 ways:
  
  • Play wav sound.
    
  • Flash on taskbar.
    
  • Tray balloon popup notification.

Installation

Download the {ССЫЛКА УДАЛЕНА}ZIP archive and extract anywhere. Run "Warframe Alerts Informer.exe".
That's all!

Settings

To edit settings click a button with gears on it.


1) Twitter URL - don't edit this.
2) GMT - program should automatically detect your GMT. But still it better check if it detected your GMT correctly (Windows XP users notably). You can check your GMT here[www.wwp.greenwichmeantime.com]. Just select your region under "What's the Time in every country in the World?".
3) You can save keywords to ini file by clicking or load them from ini file by clicking . For example click and load Keywords.ini which should be in program's directory.
4) This is keyword list. When any of these words are present as alert reward, program will inform you about the alert.
5) To add more keywords, click . To delete a keyword, first select it in the list (#4) and then click . To edit a keyword, first select it in the list (#4) and then click .
6) If "Play sound" is checked, program will play "Music123.wav" when alert is detected. If "Flash on taskbar" is checked, program will restore itself from tray and blink on taskbar. if "Show alert info notification" is checked, program will show balloon-popup info about alert (see screenshots above).
7) The notifications above (#6) can be repeated set amount of times or until program's window gets focus.

FAQ

Q: How often does it scan for alerts?
A: Every 60 seconds.

Q: Won't it overload twitter?
A: Nope. To overload Twitter you will need a few million copies of this program running, and warframe community is much smaller, so you can't overload Twitter with this accidently. To overload Twitter on purpose, other, more effective tools are used. By bad people.

Q: ZOMG ITS OVER 9000 KEELO-BYTES
A: This is the reason why it doesn't require any C++ redist packages or anything like that. Also it 2013 now, 9.2mb won't hurt.
