100% Achievement Guide (ENG) and Additional Notes

How to get all of the achievements in The Shapeshifting Detective. This guide is comprised of two parts. The first is a link to an external website. To be clear I do not own, nor am I affiliated with the linked site - this is simply the guide I used for my own playthroughs and it's mostly very helpful. The second part is a correction for "The Big Sleep" achievement. Check out that section for an explaination.

The 100% Achievement Guide

The Big Sleep

In the linked guide the description for this achievement is worded as if you can be killed during any of the killer confrontations. For this achievement you need Rayne to be the killer and you need to NOT pick him when Dupont asks you who you think the killer is. This will lead you into a confrontation with him. You will need to shapeshift into Rayne during the confrontation when given the option.

The killer is randomly selected in each playthrough but there are some hints during the game that will give you an idea of who the killer is fairly early on. If Violet denies knowing where Dorota lives she's the killer so quit the run. From then on there are clues based on conversations you can have with Rayne as Lexi. Bring up the topic of him praying when you have the opportunity. Also ask Bronwyn about the gold coin when playing as Sam. Thanks to Steam user Varstahl for this information.

Wrong, I left her with Danny my first playthrough and she was fine

The Guide you linked is actually pretty bad. I also messed up "Book em Danny" and "Bullseye" because of false/incomplete instructions.

I think I got Lexie arrested just by visiting Chief as her early on and getting confused about my own alibi.

For "Book em Danny" one should also visit the chief as Bronwyn and Lexi during the first chapter and annoy him (not deleting any topics). And then "show no sympathy for Lexie lying about her alibi, more specifically call it an “obstruction of justice”. You can then tell Dupont about both of them lying" They'll get arrested in chapter 4 not 3

You don't need to bring in Bronwyn for the booking achievement.
