Для того чтобы попасть в кабину трамвая и самому управлять составом, необходимо добавить файлы по ссылке в директорию с игрой (там где лежит у вас GTA 5). 
Чтобы войти в кабину нажмите и удерживайте [F] когда находитесь рядом с трамваем.
Если не сбавить скорость на поворотах состав может сойти с рельс. Следите за красным индикатором вверху (там же где и спидометр).

[F] зажать...........................................войти/выйти из поезда
[W] ........................................................вперед
[S] ......................................................... назад
[ПРОБЕЛ] ............................................тормоз
[ПРОБЕЛ]+[S] .....................................стоп-кран
[E] зажать ...........................................гудок
[H] ..........................................................свет
[G] ..........................................................закрыть/открыть двери
[X] зажать .......................................... сорвать поезд (сходит с рельс)
[Q] .......................................................... радио
