Yeah, think the armor and clothing is just an oversight or shortcut considering the armor sets are generally the same for all races and they just wear the same armor sets as a few other nations / towns. Would be cool for the men and women to have more minimalist loincloth / robe-like armor that was leather, cloth and a few carefully placed plates. Combination of a robe that'll keep you cool while wandering the desert ( Made of thin material obviously ), leather in choice areas to be used for protecting vitals more effectively than just using their natural bodies and then the plating would be in places like the forearms, shins and a small collar / breastplate that just barely hung down over the heart and part of the lungs. Maybe a leather hood they could pull up and they'd use metal bevors ( Metal masks / collars ) underneath the hood.

Horns on the head, sprouts on the hips, elbows, spine and shoulders, would turn their life into an existence full of hardships and inconveniences. The absence of hair, eyebrows and pores on the skin increases the risk of overheating (sweat simply does not have enough surface to work effectively - the plates cover most of the body). Sheks could also sleep comfortably only on their stomachs.
Shek clothes, in view of their anatomy, would most likely be minimalistic or, if they have a cult of shame of nudity, then something like mantles and draperies that you can wrap around yourself.

I mean, it's incredibly good art! I wasn't trying to criticize that aspect or anything. Sorry if it came off that way. Was just bringing up a cool fact that some people might not realize. I know a lot of people just... aren't familiar with human physiology, so why would they be anywhere near familiar with a humanoid fictional race's? Haha. But really, the art is absolutely stunning. It's tastefully done, too!
