Ottoman Turkish was spoken from the 15th century and developed into Modern Turkish in 1928. Age of Empires 3 is set between 1492 and 1876.

Being an American Boomer, I didn't have trouble figuring out what the western languages were saying - Turkish & Russian were hard to catch, though - Thanks!

The Ottoman one is Turkish and not really Ottoman Language which was quite even hard to pronounce.
