This is a full list of obtainable equipment within the game. For an extensive guide on how to obtain each piece of equipment, check the guide made by Darth Vader and me, linked to below.

Key:
There are three tiers of equipment, corresponding to the three different areas.
Equipment shown in red is bought from stores, with prices shown.
You start with the Farmer's Iron set and the Iron Grasscutter.
Specialties indicate which second stat the respective armor set or sword will add, along with the main stat, dictated by the type of equipment instead.
Headpieces focus on increasing the temperature at which Attu overheats (Stamina).
Chests focus on the capacity at which Attu can store oil (Max HP).
Hands focus on providing extra armor (Defense) for Attu.
Legs focus on the speed at which Attu cools down after overheating.
Swords, obviously, will provide extra damage output for Attu.
Each tier will increase the main stat by one extra point, while the set's or sword's specialty always remains the same.
