Doomsday Conquest : Event Overview
Doomsday Conquest is an event that lasts for a season of usually around 45 days.

A season is split into the Conquest, Duel and Tally periods.
  • Conquest starts first and lasts up until the final week when Tally Period begins.
  • Duels begin in the second week of Conquest and also continue until the last day before Tally period starts. There will be a total of 15 duels, 3 per week for 5 weeks.
  • Tally period is the last week of the event where points are frozen and prizes can be distributed by alliance leaders.
To do well in doomsday requires a lot of effort and planning ahead, and also a high level of cooperation between alliances. And a lot of stone donations.
Your first week of the season will be your opportunity to get setup in your state and start occupying territories, plan out your defenses (ready for the second week when Doomsday Duel's will start) and to start diplomacy with other alliances as you will need their help to do well.

Each state will be part of a Doomsday bracket (of up to 10 states) that will all be competing for their place in the season rankings to gain the best rewards at the end on the event.

- Be aware that the State vs State events will still carry on during Doomsday season, and these should still be your primary focus. The rewards for doomsday are not given out for 5-6 weeks and the duel's especially can be very costly so you will need SvS rewards to recover quickly -

There are three Doomsday Ranking tables that you are competing in:

  • Season Rank -
This is your total alliance score compared to all the other alliances in your bracket -
To gain season points you must occupy territories, upgrade honor structures and win wars.
The rewards for being in top 50 in the season ranking are guarenteed orange hero recruitment tickets (including S1, S2 and S3 if you rank high enough) and these are given out at the end of the season.

  • Influence Rank -
Each territory you have occupied is worth influence. The higher the level of the territory the higher its influence value. You compete against the members of your own state to gain cash rewards every 8 hours during Doomsday Conquest. The amount is based on your total influence and a multiplier determined by your rank.

  • Alliance Rank -
This is the rank of each member of your alliances contribution to the season score, points from fighting in wars and their stone contribution. This can be used by the alliance leader at the end of the event as a guide to determine who should be given the prizes as there are only 50 to be given out per alliance. (9 top prizes, 40 main prizes plus one is automatically given to alliance leaders)

When the event starts the map will become covered in infected territories and to begin your alliance must place an alliance centre (AC).
This will require you to donate stone to the reserve. Up to four AC's can be placed, one in each of the 4 resource zones and starting with AC1 in the outermost zone.
Each successive AC costs considerably more stone to build so keep donating stone even during season downtime so your alliance is prepared for when the new season starts.

Once the first AC is placed you can build honor structures around it and begin occupying territories, to gain honor, influence and start generating infected resources.

Doomsday also introduces a new BOSS, The Abjudicator.
(which is comparitive in strength to a level 10 Wendell).
You can kill one of these per day for Doomsday related rewards as well as the normal daily Wendell, and there is a small reward for every one in your alliance that includes doomsday related items as well, for each one killed.

There are 4 different types of honor structures :
  • Virus Research Facility (VRF) - Gives poison immunity that lets you capture higher level plots without suffering losses and this is also where you heal any poisoned troops.
  • Processing Plant (PP) - Processes infected materials into resources, Virus Samples and Composite Materials used to level up your honor structures.
  • Special Operation Command (SOC) - Gives Bonus might and additional bonus might when capturing territories
  • Guardian Fortress (GF) - Gives Bonus resistance and additional bonus resistance when capturing territories. GF are also much stronger than the other buildings so are often placed defensively in rows to block access to alliance centres.

And there are 6 types of territories that you can occupy which produce infected resources:
  • Empty Plots - produces low amounts of Diseased Crops
  • Waste Farm - produces Diseased Crops
  • Forest - produces Mutated Lumber
  • Mineral Deposit - produces Iron Ore
  • Oil Deposit - produces Fossil Fuel
  • Polluted Water - produces Dirty Water
  • Capturing a Territory will also give a small amount of Infected Dirt.

Infected resource can be processed and turned into normal resources and special materials which can be used to upgrade your honor structures.

Diseased Crops, Mutated Lumber and Dirty Water when processed give Virus Samples used to upgrade your VRF

Iron Ore, Tainted Soil and Fossil Fuel are converted into Composite Materials that are used to upgrade PP, SOF and GF structures.

The aim during the event is to increase poison immunity and gain honor.
Immunity lets you capture higher level territories which produce more resources and increases your influence and honor allows you to unlock more specialty points that you can spend to get more honor structures, improve immunity and buff various other things in the different specialty trees.

Specialty progress is permanent so you will start the next season with the same points to spend.
Everything else will be reset at the end of the season and you will start from the beginnning again with level 1 honor structures and no territories or influence.

When capturing territories some troops may become poisoned. Poisoned troops are sent to a special hospital to recover from being poisoned at the VRF. There is no limit on how many troops can be sent here and you can collect Regeneration serums from quests and abjudicators to speed up healing.

Good Luck Heroes!

Doomsday Conquest : Player Guide
Doomsday has started, your alliance has built an AC and you've built your honor structures and captured your first territory .. the primary focus at the start of the event should be to unlock additional honor structures, as this is the fastest way to be able to gain immunity to progress in the event.

Additional honor structures are unlocked by spending specialty in the blue specialty tree and unlocking the 'Construction Master' skills. (left)
You will need a minimum of 6 specialty points to unlock the 2nd set, 11 for the 3rd set, 17 for the 4th set and 22 for the 5th set.

You will only get a limited number of Specialty resets but these allow you to re-choose where you spend your specialty points. If you have two resets available and have just unlocked and built the next set of honor structures then you can move your points into the red tree to gain some extra immunity. (middle)

And the last specialty that improves immunity is a 10% boost to honor structure effectiveness. (right)

The fastest way to gain honor (and unlock more specialty) is completing Doomsday Tasks and the influence goal ones specifically. These give several hundred thousand honor each so work out how many of the highest level territory, which you are able to occupy, are needed to reach the next goal and aim for that.

You can capture upto a certain number of territories determined by your cap, so you will often need to abandon lower level ones once you have the virus immunity to capture higher level ones. Your territory cap can be increased by getting 'Expand Plan' tickets from completing certain Doomsday Tasks. After the first week and doomsday war you will be able to capture territories in other states and this has a seperate territory cap so capture as many as you can in both home and other states to have maximum influence. Occupation in other states will not be available until you have had your first war and been able to place a Rally Point in another state. This is the only way to get a territory in another state from which you can start capturing ones nearby.

After capturing a territory it will produce it's infected resource and higher level territories produce more infected resource, but be careful about trying to advance too quickly as force attacking territories without the required level of immunity to capture them safely will poison a lot of troops and take many hours and a lot of resource to heal them. Much more than you will make back.

Process materials in your Processing Plant to get virus samples to level up your Virus Research Facility (for poison immunity) and composite materials to level up your Processing plant (speed up production), Special Operation Command (More Troop Might) and Guardian Fortress (More Troop Resistance).

For each honor structure you level up and territory you capture your alliance will gain season score. Both of these also give honor and capturing territories gives hero xp too.

Doomsday is all about having the highest season score and getting the highest rank when tally period begins and although honor structure and territories are one way to do this the primary way to gain points is by winning doomsday wars ...
Doomsday Conquest : Alliance Duels or Doomsday Wars
Doomsday Wars will begin after the first week of Doomsday Conquest and happen every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

There are some drastic changes to doomsday war from last season so this guide will be updated more once those changes are communicated what the start of new season.

Wars are easier to win if multiple alliances work together and use farm alliances to create barriers to the main alliances AC by capturing large areas of surrounding territories.

In preperation for each war make sure you have plenty of APC durability, and a few territory capacity free, ready to be able to capture territories for defending or attacking and to be able to do as many attacks as possible.

Doomsday, like all other events in the game, favours the strongest players so throughout the event your focus should always be growth, to be as militarily strong as you can be for the final few fights to gain as much in the ranking as possible by winning the last weeks wars.

Doomsday War days are declarable on other alliances similar in rank to your alliance in the Season rankings. Any R4 or R5 can declare war once the declaration timer starts which is at game reset on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

If neither side scores any points then the side that declared war will be the winner and season points will still be deducted from the loser and given to the winner. There are no draws on Doomsday war. This is especially important when having 'fake' wars with other alliances in your state to agree beforehand who you want to win, and it is a good idea to let that alliance gain a few points over the other to prevent accidental occupation of territories and the victory going to the wrong alliance.

When a war is declared then a preperation phase begins. No points can be scored during prep but you can setup your attack strategy and place rally points (RP).

R4 and R5 can place a RP in the enemy state and these give players one free teleport there and back (you must teleport back to your home state before the Duel ends to use the free teleport to return). A number of rally points can be built up to the number of Alliance centres that your alliance has placed. A rally point allows you to capture adjacent territories and start gaining a foothold in other states to bridge to their alliance centres and honor structures and to capture territories during the week.

After the Prep phase the War phase begins and you will score points for capturing enemy territories, destorying their honor structures and their alliance centres. There is a score modifier based on how many Alliance centres your alliance have built, the more AC's you have the more points are scored. Points are only scored for capturing territories or destroying structures of the alliance that you declared war on and these will show in red while a war is active. Many alliances will surround there AC's with those of other alliances so don't waste attacks on structures or territories that don't show as red.

There are many different strategies but the best ones will be those that are most efficient with the resources available. Don't waste attacks, only defend/reinforce if you can win, don't attack the same territory or honor structure as someone else and only try to assault an alliance centre if you have enough players online to destroy it quickly (they are very easy and quick to repair so attacks will be wasted).
War lasts 4 hours so don't exhaust your durability in the first hour and make yourself ineffective for the rest of the war.

Weaker players should make the paths to alliance centres and stonger players should conserve durability for attacking alliance centres and defending/reinforcing structures.

At the end of the duel the alliance with the most points gains a percentage of the other alliances points. This becomes the primary way of increasing your season ranking in the event.

There is a secondary win condition if one side has no Alliance centres then a 30 minute countdown timer begins. When this finishes if the other side still has an alliance centre then instant defeat is declared regardless of points.

Once the war is concluded the winning alliance gains points and will go up in rank and the loser will lose points and go down in rank.
Doomsday Conquest : Tally Period
Tally Period:

The final week of the doomsday season is the Tally period.
Once this starts you will no longer be able to capture territories, gain honor or change your position in any of the rankings.

Territories will stop producing resources but you can continue to process any remaining infected resources that you had accumulated. Honor structures will also no longer be upgradeable.

At the end of the tally period the alliance centres, honor structures and territories all get reset but specialisations don't. You will retain the specialty you have selected into the next doomsday season so spend these wisely and think ahead. Resets can still be used if you have them left over.

Any troops still in the VRF hospital will be returned to you without having to pay the healing cost at the end of the tally period.

Finally any Virus Samples and Composite materials will expire. These cannot be stock piled and saved for next season.
