Surprisingly, this still works as an override slapped on top of the newer Full Tiny Outliner to fix some of its wonky spacing. (Text getting cut off almost immediately and all that. Just don't install Tiny Outliner v2 .)

Actually I'm wrong, with that load order I can't build mining districts. Does anybody have a working load order they can share?

UI Load order

- UI Overhaul Dynamic
- Tiny Starbase Modules and Buildings
- UI Overhaul Dynamic + Planetary Diversity (If applicable)
- UI Overhaul Dynamic + Complete Colours (If applicable)
- UI Overhaul Dynamic + Extended Topbar (If applicable)
- UI Overhaul Dynamic + Tiny Outliner V2 (If applicable)
- Tiny Fleets

Seems to work pretty well.
