If you want the same icons follow this instructions:

Go ༺•This Link•༻[gamebanana.com] and press download
Find Kill_icons folder (rename it if it have name like Kill_icons012345)
Drag&Drop this folder in Custom (D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom)
Now go ༺•This Link•༻[hastebin.com] and copy all of this.
Paste it in mod_textures.txt (D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\Kill_icons\scripts)
