Jon is the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark (R+L=J confirmed), the other "Aegon" mentioned earlier in the show is a Blackfyre pretender, the last of the Blackfyre bastards (though he doesn't share the Blackfyre name, his mother was a Blackfyre).
