In this guide I will detail how to say Cool Beans, and the many different versions and methods of saying Cool Beans

The Basics (Before you say Cool Beans)

Okay, so you just installed Garry's Mod. You're ten years old and ready to learn all the neat things that Garry's Mod has to offer! Well before you can say Cool Beans there are a few things you need to know!

Using Text Chat

First off, you gotta know how to speak.

Press Y to access Text Chat. You can also press U to access Team Text Chat, or in some DarkRP servers as Out-of-Character Chat.

Using your Manual Interaction Console (MIC)

You can also hold the X key on your keyboard to activate your Manual Interaction Console (or MIC) to transmit your voice through the game and out of the speakers of other players, (provided they have the game, and have speakers.)

That's all you need to know about the basics.

Saying Cool Beans in Text Chat

The word "Cool"

Once you've activated Text Chat or Team Chat, simply bring your index finger over the "C" key on your keyboard of choice (I personally like the QWERTY setup, DVORAK is a close second.), and with finger levitated over the key, push downwards until the button is pressed down. (You'll know it when you feel it.)
Follow these same directions, but replace the C key with the following.

You will find very quickly that cox2lbeans is not Cool Beans, and is instead the password to your steam account. Don't worry, we'll fix this up really fast!

Adjusting cox2lbeans to become colbeans

Click on the area between the o and x. You'll find that a blinking white line has appeared there. Don't worry ,this happens all the time. It's just hungry! Move your finger to the Delete key on your Keyboard, not to be confused with the Back Space key, and push down on the Delete key, it will eat the X. Don't panic, this is what we want! The Blinking White Line is still hungry, so press the Delete key one more time. it eats the 2! It is not hungry anymore. Pressing Delete further will anger it and you will find the blinking white line in your bedroom at midnight if you continue.

Feeding the Blinking White Line in Real Life

If you accidentally feed the blinking white line too much and it shows up in your bedroom at midnight, simply feed it your mom's credit card number. It will return to the computer where it belongs.

Adjusting colbeans to become cool beans

Now that you have fed the blinking white line, it will help you replace the c and b with C and B later. First, hover your finger over the o key and push down on it. You wil now find that the blinking white line has turned its food into an o.
Congratulations! You have spelled out coolbeans!
Now comes the hard part. Click the area between the l and the b. The blinking white line is there. Don't worry, he's not hungry, he just wants to alter the digital realm and bend it to his will. You gotta help him some more. There is a very long, large button near the bottom of the front of your keyboard. This is called the space bar. It's called this because it alters digital reality and creates a blank space where the blinking white line is. Don't worry, this doesn't make the blinking white line upset.
Congratulations! You have spelled out cool beans!
Now you may think you're done here, but there is one final step. I mentioned earlier that the blinking white line will help you turn the c and b into C and B. That step is here.

Turning cool beans into Cool Beans

The final step! Simply click the area between the c and o, and press the Back Space button. This seems to feed the blinking white line, but do not worry, it has not been eaten and you have nothing to worry about. Using your left hand's pinky finger, push down on the leftmost Shift key, and while holding it down, move your index finger of the same hand towards the C key, and push down on it. You have replaced the c with a C!
Now click on the area between the b and e, press Back Space again, and then follow the same directions as before, but instead of pushing down on the c key, push down on the b key.
Congratulations! You have typed out Cool Beans!

(Advanced) Different Versions of "Cool Beans" in Text

To avoid repeating many things from the last section, I am going to pretend you are compitent enough to understand the many rules of keeping the Blinking White Line at bay.

Here is a list of different versions of Cool Beans that can be said.

• cool beans
  -Usually a product of when people are lazy and don't replace the lowercase letters with uppercase.
  
• CoolBeans
  -Cool Beans but without the space between Cool and Beans
  
• cox2lbeans
  -Chaotic Evils only. Never, ever say this.
  
• Kool Beans
  -Replaces the C with a K, which says the same thing, but has some more personality.
  
• Cool Beanse
  -Adds an e to the end of Beans, which is reminescent of old english, such as Shoppe.
  
• Kewl Beans / Kewl Beenz
  -a leet method of saying Cool Beans. Deemed acceptable by most Epic Gamers.
  
• Cooool Beans
  -an even cooler way to say Cool Beans
  
• K3WL B3@NZ
  -A version of Cool Beans only spoken by the most L337 H@X0RZ of Epic Gamers!

This list is incomplete as there are other ways of saying Cool Beans that I have forgotten or have yet to see.

This is easier than saying it through text, but not as fun.

Saying "Cool Beans" into the MIC

Simply push down on the x key, and when you see your name appear on the right side of the screen, speak out "Cool Beans" while holding the key down. Wait approximately one second after finishing before letting go, as letting go prematurely is dangerous and can lead to people only hearing you say "Cool Bea" which may confuse people who don't have pet Bees.

Saying "Cool Beans" anywhere but GMod

I do not recommend it.
