Once you enter whiterun you will see a building straight in front of you called the drunken huntsman pass it and look to your left against the retaining wall will be two chests. IMPORTANT open both chests. In one there will be darkbrotherhood hoods chest piece boots and gloves they are enhanced;you will not be able to open this one until you open the other one with the key
