The Guide
Hi there. This is my first guide written for steam, or first guide written in general. I'm writing this to help you with fighting Annabelle in the Temple of Trials on Epic Difficulty.

Annabelle is markedly harder than the other 3 fights in the Temple due to her status resistance and Brimstone hindering your ability to buff yourself. She primarily deals Dark elemental damage and her attacks may be followed with Wind-elemental magic.

Anna has the following attacks:
Piercing shot-high accuracy, 100% Dark physical attack.
Black Circle-Dark Magic damage to the entire party.
Bow slam-physical attack that Dispels the target. This is her most dangerous attack as I'll explain below.
Screamer-Dark-elemental Magic that debuffs your defence/magic defence.
Dark Spikes-4 rounds of very high Dark physical damage. Each round can target a different character.
Tentacles-4 rounds of Bio physical damage, like Dark Spikes but a different element.
Airwave-Physical Air attack which hits each character once.
Throw-Anna throws something that looks poisonous/Bio elemental at a single target. Not sure what she's throwing, but it's Physical damage.
Syphon-Syphons every party member unless they evade it or resist it.
Summon Pet-Anna summons a foe to support her, then gives both of them Defend+Brave status. Anna starts with a Zombie Hydra and can summon Topaz Golems or Mutant Chompers. I have not seen her have more than 1 foe supporting her at a time.

her Limit Break is Annihilate which deals ridiculous amounts of damage with a high chance of instant death. use Ancient Monolith to just barely survive it.

Among those monsters, Topaz Golems are the most dangerous as they can throw elements at you to which you are not resistant. Syphoning them reduces them to their single-target attacks, making them target NoLegs only.

The setup I used to defeat annabell:
No legs-Godly Book, Gas Mask, Ninja Gear/Balance Badge, Amethyst Earrings, Target Badge.
Lance-Hellfire Shotgun, Scottish Cap, Dragon Armor/Silver cross, Surgical Mask/Lucky Clover.
Natalie-Beholder, Leafy Hairclip, Nurse Uniform/Crossbone pin, Feather badge, Tail.

Nolegs is your NullTank who constantly defends every turn, making him Invisible and giving him Target status. Annabelle will focus him with Dark Spikes and Tentacles, and since he is immune to physical damage while Invisible, this means the rest of your party isn't getting slaughtered. If necessary and you're well prepared with Auto Revive on everyone, he can deal some damage on his own. I had Purify on him to use it in case Annabelle started healing too much from status effects.

Lance is your support and secondary damage dealer. Health Strike and Purging flame are his main skills. He's the best at taking out Annabelle's support foes with his bombs or wearing them down with the Burn from his shotgun.

Natalie is your primary damage dealer and emergency support. Even though she isn't optimized to do crazy amounts of damage, a Holy Light/Judgement every turn will add up. She also heals and revives when necessary. Keeping NoLegs alive is the top priority as his damage mitigation is what keeps everyone else alive.

I took a slow, low-risk way to this fight, and the battle took over an hour for me. There might be a faster way, but the only scenario in which anyone died is when Anna managed to Dispel Noleg's invisibility and followed up with Piercing Shot. Outside of that, I was immortal.

Anna and Matt weren't really used much this fight, except for the end, where Matt, dressed in full Monster Catching gear, swapped in to capture Annabelle.

As far as strategy goes, focus on Annabelle's support monsters while they're alive. Annabelle is predictable in her attacks and elements, and you're geared up to basically take no damage from them. Airwave is the only skill she uses that can damage you for a significant amount.

Blue Flybot and Natz's limit break are the best and basically only way to buff your team. Anything else is a waste of SP, and you'll want to combo that with Viking Monolith so that you have time to attack before you get debuffed again.

The saving grace of this fight is that Annabelle or her support monsters don't gain damage as their HP lowers. It's going to take a while, but most of the risk have been lowered with this setup. Be patient. Don't have NoLegs attack or do anything except defend unless you absolutely need healing and nobody else's skills are off cooldown, or if Annabelle's limit break is ready-use 9 lives to survive it. As Annabelle's HP lowers, she begins to use Syphon increasingly often.

I fought her at lvl 35. She had roughly 2.6 million HP. Holy light and Purging Flame were doing about 30k damage each, Judgement over 80.

---how to CAPTURE Annabelle on EPIC difficulty---

When she's at less than 200K HP and is alone, inflict Burn, Poison and Virus on her, then swap in Matt and attempt to capture. If you have the opportunity, use 7th Heaven+Blue Flybot to buff yourself. Worked the first time for me, but keep trying-all those status effects heal her, so if you can manage to not die, you can match her healing with damage and keep her low long enough for repeated attempts. It's possible, just be patient.

A few other things worth noting:
- If you're playing in v1, just constantly use Wise Mirror. Almost every attack inflicts a status, and 5 turns of status immunity is never worth skipping
- If you're playing in v2, you can use morale to block defense debuffs, and stuffed to block hp debuffs.
- The most important resists are dark, followed by poison/wind (Most of Annabelle's attacks are dark element)

Just to clarify a few things:
- Please mark if this guide is for v1 or v2, some strategies will work better or worse depending on version
- Annabelle has TWO limit breaks, not just one, and Annihilate doesn't inflict Death, unlike the player's Annihilate. However, she can use Black Hole, which DOES inflict Death
- Annabelle's Bow Whack will both Dispel and remove invisible from the target, so I'm surprised you didn't mention it at all
- Your equipment loadouts list Lance as using a fire element weapon and Natz using a poison weapon, which are terrible elements to bring for this fight (Annabelle absorbs both elements)
- Using only 3 players for your main strategy means that you lose out on tons of benefits, such as waiting out stauses with no penalty or slowly healing over time in backup.
- Lance + Purging Flame is not good anyway, use Matt + Seiken if you really want to deal single target light damage
