As ive seen on many comments the claming system does not work i have traveled hours to find any island but everything is calaimed and all they put is a tiny hut with guns inside so if you try to claim they come kkill you destroy youyr raft and are left with nothing the game started out fun but as it is now if your not already established your never going to get anywhere. between the large companirs that are wiping any islands they see fit and the random companies playing since day one you have no chance to even get a ship up. with the next update allowing you to get a sloop wil help travel but doers nothing to help with the fact that you wont be able to build a base anywhere. and pve is the same we either need more servers or a wipe every so often to make it so new players can actually play.

Also there is nothing wrong with joining a company or making an alliance (which lets you build on the ally's claim). Just because you and a friend want to have your own company with your own name and adventures doesnt mean you cant join another company and do your own thing. If you are cool and respectful and chat with the zone, you might find people are more friendly than you expect.

I agree the claims are very frustrating, especially if you are getting into the game a few days behind everyone else. But on the flip side, if they got rid of claims and everyone built tons of stuff in the most desirable locations, it would despawn all of the resources and nobody would be able to build anything. Claims should, IMHO, be limited to one claim per person in a company. But better than that, just add a new shard for the highest population servers and allow players to spread out a tad bit more. Once private server hosting or solo play becomes available I suspect population on official might die down some, so lets be patient.

Would be great if there were any spots left to claim, can't even contest because the only people with land are giant clans with top level gear already... They need to solve the issue of all the chinese players using VPNs, need two more PvP servers... might thin it out enough, that might not even be enough though... probably an Asian region server then two more NA servers and region lock it.

went to 36 or 38 islands no claim are to even friggin put a ship yard in im sick of rafting this game is just a zerg game so ill be uninstalling let u work on it 6 mo but i paid 14.99 for ark when it was very early and put 2,700 plus hours in it and paid 25 for this and at 50 hrs just plain sick of it so good luck n make it better that claim system just pure trash and no way to better my gear n ship few metal tools and a lv 28 raft and no fkin lank to claim to make better stuff well feels like archage a bit but at least u could drop a ship yard n build a ship and progress wo land

life is feudal claiming system is a good idea. Only one Guild claim with diferent levels of claims. The actual system is horrible. Travel and travel and cant find spot of land. This system only beneficiate a big guilds.

Reduce the amount of spawned animals, there's way too many. That might help with performance a little bit.

Guys, dont quit, keep commenting its early access and yes things need to be changed, but if you leave your voice goes and they do nothing.

Je vous explique sa fait la 2ème fois que je télécharge le jeux mais a chaque fois il se reset donc svp sortez un jeu complet sans, j'ai vraiment la haine car sa faire 2 jours que je dit a mon pote que je vais jouer avec lui donc régler vos bug de merde car je comprends très bien les retour négatifs envers le jeu. Si cela continue je compte rembourser le jeu comme pleins d'autre utilisateur, si vous ne faites pas votre boulot de dév correctement, ne sortez pas des jeux buger.
