Garfield is not as good because of how situational his hats are. The pillow is the second worst item in the game (only losing to wand) and making the stun longer does not upgrade it much since it goes away in only 5 seconds.
Odie is the best, with his great hat and super high speed.
Harry has good hats, with the focus being his stink-o-rama (making the perfume even faster is very useful since you will average being in 3rd or 4th place).
Liz is not the exact same thing as Jon. Getting multiple springs sounds good, but springs are rarer than pies and much more situational (city slicker and palerock lake are both maps where springs are useless).
I often find Nermal’s hats not being very useful, with the faster explosion screwing me up when throwing diamonds forward
Squeak is bad, with both of his hats being completely useless.
