Secret #1
After you jump out of the window, look for a small shop with descending stairs. Enter it and notice the bookcases in it. Use the middle one to reveal the secret.

Extra 1
In the same room as the last secret, there is a Fortune Cookie hidden behind the Buddha Statue!

Extra 2
Just before the car ramming scene are some explosive barrels. Make sure to blow them in order to reveal a Kevlar armor!

Secret 2
After the car tries to run over you, climb on top of it and run-jump towards the far edges of the nearby buildings. After, climb to the upper levels using the wires with the decorations. Look around to spot an alcove with a Fortune Cookie, which is the secret.

Secret #3
Soon after the car, is a shop to your right. Right at the entrance is a painting on the wall. Use it to make it slide and reveal the secret.

Secret #4
Still in the same shop as the last secret, ascend the stairs and, once at the top level, look between the doors for a crack. Blow it up for the secret.

Extra 3
Don't forget that there's a Fortune Cookie on the edge of the building right next to the blue gate with the Red key inside.

Secret #5
In the same place that you get the Yellow key, the middle window near you is actually fake and can be walked through. Do so to get credited the secret.

Secret #6
In rooms with the register machine (which is locked by the Yellow key), use the register to make a wall to your right slide and reveal the secret.

Secret #7
In the other room locked by the Yellow key, notice the two phones right in front of the door. Use the left one (you should hear a gong sound to indicate it's the correct one) and a small alcove in the left wall reveals itself, which is the secret.
Monastery
Secret #1
After climbing the stairs all the way to the Bronze key chamber, just before entering the room is a fake painting that you can jump through.

Extra
Don't forget that there's a Portable Medkit on an alcove above the elevator!

Secret #2
After riding the elevator and entering the first door, look for a small painting to your left. This one is also fake, so jump through it and navigate the tight space. Once outside you'll be credited the secret.

Secret #3
Don't leave the area yet! From the last secret, look for a ledge you can jump to towards the building you just emerged from:

From the ledge you'll reach a small corridor with a teleporter, which will take you to a very secret area with loads of goodies.

Secret #4
Ride the elevator back up and follow the corridor to continue the level. On the way, you should see two rooms with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in them and a closed garden area in the middle. Use the wall decoration in the first room you come across and run to the other room where the grating slides to give access to the garden.

However, this is not yet the secret! From the garden, drop down to the lower level:

Traverse the corridor until the end where there's a painting and the sound of an anime girl bathing. Jump into the painting to finally reach the secret!

Secret #5
As soon as you come across the switch you shot earlier to make the door slide, jump over the nearby wall (into the water).

Instead of swimming thorugh the water, it's easier to emerge and look for a small path through the bushes, where there's an old lady and a well. Dive down stright in the well to get both the secret and the Fortune Cookie.

Use the nearby elevator to get out (you'll come out through a closed door you saw before the switch you must shoot).

Secret #6
When in the room with the Silver key, use the Buddha statue and a nearby portrait will drop, revealing the secret.

Secret #7
In the room after using the Silver key, go to the left corridor and look at the wall behind you for a stone decoration. Jump and use it to make the one in the simmetrical opposite corridor open. run to it (it's time-based) and jump into the hole to get the secret.

Secret #8
When you cross the small bridge on your way to the Red key, notice the big room near you. This room's door can only be opened from the inside. So, you'll need to jump into the room from the bridge to gain access to it. Once inside, the paper panel closest to the door can be opened, revealing the secret.

Secret #9
Don't go away from the last secret! Go to the border close to the Fortune Cookie and look below for a ledge with some Rail gun rods. Drop down to it (don't jump or you'll take even more damage) to get credited the secret.

Secret #10
Once again, don't take the teleporter away from the secret! Instead, look below, near the edge of the ledge, to spot a tiny ledge you can drop down to. Do so (once again, don't jump or you'll take even more damage), and follow the ledge into a secret cave, which is the secret.

Secret Level
Inside the last secret, one of the paths will take you to the Secret Exit.
Redwood Forest (Secret Level)
Extra
At the beggining of the level, notice the large stone maze in front of you. Navigate through it to find a switch that will lower all the wall revealing a Missile Launcher! (And a ♥♥♥♥♥♥...)

Secret #1
From the hole in the tree that explodes as you collect the Red key, look towards the bush nearest from you. Run in a straight line until you hit an invisible wall. Then walk into the tree to your left to discover a secret hole.

Secret #2
After opening the Yellow key door, enter the corridor and open the middle portion of the wall to your rightmost. Unfortunately, there're no indications on the walls, so just keep trying to open the walls in this corridor if you're having difficulties finding this secret.

Secret #3
Right after the last secret you should see the Green key through a glass. To your right is a stone mask on the wall. However, if you look closely, you should see there's a switch behind it! Just use it (Lo Wang ignores the mask, so you don't need to destroy it), to make a wall beside you slide revealing the secret.

Secret #4
After getting the Green key, as soon as you emerge in the large room which had a Rail gun:

Look for the closest pillar to your left. Around it should be a small portion that is different from the design of the rest of the pillar. Swim into it to get the secret.

Extra 2
In the large area before opening the Green key door, if you circle around by the edges, you should come across a tree with a big hole in it. Enter it and walk all the way to the end to get a Portable Medkit!

Extra 3
In the altar area, where you must shoot the stone mask to transform the altar in a swimming pit to get out of this area, there's a fire decoration with medkits around it. Be careful when trying to get it, since ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ will be summoned when you do so!

Secret #5
In the same area as mentioned in the last Extra section, go to the back of the tree to the right of the altar (directions based on standing in front of the stone mask). The back of the tree is fake and hides a secret area with a Fortune Cookie.
Trolley Yard
Secret #1
As you proceed through the level, when you reach the Blue key door, walk around a bit to find a room which you could see from a lower level (and contained at least a ♥♥♥♥♥♥). Here, on one of the rooms' wall is a small painting. It is actually fake so jump into it to get the secret.

Secret #2
After obtaining the last secret, exit through the painting and, right ahead of you, is a large painting on the faraway wall. This one is also fake, but jumping into it will be much more of a pain due to the small hole you have to manouver in order to jump. I recommend saving since missing the jump will cause you to take damage... anyway, when you finally get beyond the painting you'll be credited the secret.

Secret #3
From the last secret, exit through the lower level. Near you will be a trolley. Jump on it and then onto the next section of the higher ground. There'll be a door to the left. Ignore it and proceed to the right where you'll pass a small arch-like passage, with a barred window to the right. Press the wall directly in front of the window to open the secret.

Secret #4
From the last secret, continue forward, down the steps, and as you proceed through another arch-like passage, one of the walls to the left can be opened to reveal the secret (actually, when you're close enough you'll see that the texture of this particular wall is somewhat strange).

Secret #5
Near the end of the level, right next to the Green key is a crack in the wall. Simpy blow it to reveal the secret.
Restaurant
Secret #1
As you enter the restaurant, look at the counter near the Red key door. There's a portion that's sticking out from the rest. Open it to spot a switch. Flick it to make a secret wall near the other end of the counter to open and reveal the secret.

Secret #2
After opening the Red key door, to your left will be a bathroom. Enter it, close the door and look at the side of the sink closest to the door to see a switch. Activate it to make a secret wall in front of you slide revealing the secret.

Secret #3
Exit the bathroom and move behind the first table to your left. Tucked in the corner, behind the back of the seat is a switch. Activate it and a wall across from you opens revealing a small compartment which is the secret.

Secret #4
From the last secret, on the other side of the room is a small area with two separate tables and a wall decoration in the back. If you press this decoration the table nearest to it lowers revealing a secret.

Secret #5
Getting the Fortune Cookie from the last secret actually counts as another secret.... yeah it's lame... =(

Secret #6
After using the Silver key, in the first room downstairs is a pillar with a switch on it. Use it to make one of the bookcases nearby slide revealing the secret.

Secret #7
In the area with the Gold key, the window to its right is fake and can be walked into to get the secret.
Skyscraper
Secrets #1, #2, #3
After riding the elevator, as you traverse the corridor leading to the Blue key door, notice a small painting on one of the walls. It is a fake, so jump into it to be credited 3 secrets at once! Also, make sure to note the section of the wall you exit into the river since it's the only way out and there's no clear indication in it.

Secret #4
After riding down the Blue key locked elevator, in the waiting room, there'll be a painting on a far section of the wall. Push it to make it slide and reveal the secret.

Secret #5
As you exit the last secret, look for a small button tucked in a corner of the room. Press it to make the table across from you to lower revealing the secret. Also, do note that the switch inside this secret opens the blue door in the waiting room with some extra goodies (and enemies too)!

Secret #6
In the construction yard, across from where you enter, is a crack on the wall. Blow it up to reveal the secret.

Secret #7
In the same construction yard, notice the tall piles of crates in a corner (not the ones you use to proceed in the level). Bring the crane near them, and jump behind them to fall in a small area with a Portable Medkit which counts as a secret.

Secret #8 + Secret Exit
In the room before the construction yard, notice the air vent in it. Bust the grate and traverse it to reach a small room. Here, a small portion of the wall is different. Jump into it (this piece is fake) to reach the secret area with the secret exit.

@KelpTheGreat Unfortunately the enemies that hold crates of TNT are named after an old-timey slur for Chinese people, so that's why it gets censored.

I'm not sure why, but Steam seems to censor the name of the enemies that hold crates of explosives. All the incidents of your referring to them in this guide have been replaced with hearts.

@Ykredfield not really... as long as you find the secret yin-yang symbol you'll go to the secret level...

I don't seem to get into the secret levels, did I miss out something? Do I have to obtain something to enter the secret level?
