The Gallic Wars

The Gallic Wars were a series of military campaigns waged by Caesar against several Gallic tribes. The inspiration for this mostly historical map was the old game "Legion Gold".

There are custom objectives for the Roman Empire, the Helvetians, the Aremoricans and Massilia. Not all objectives are unlocked from the beginning.
I would recommend to turn off objectives if you play as another faction.

Side note: Some of the cities were not really cities, but they represent the historical tribe living in the region of this city. There might still be some random city names on terrains not covered by custom city names, although most of the cities on the map existed in history.
