Introduction
Much like Kurias, Cephalon Fragments or Thousand-year Fish from Plains of Eidolon, Mem Fragments are objects you can scan for your Codex to reveal hidden lore. These fragments have lore about the major characters found in Fortuna. This guide will help you find them all.

If you want to look for them yourself, use the same logic you would for Kurias: most of them are found off the beaten path. The main hint would be that they are mostly located as if they were left by a mere mortal near major landmarks or hidden well in some secret depths of various caves. Some are found not on the named locations and at least one is in a place unlikely accessible for your usual Corpus or Solaris. All locations seem reasonable and accessible, but if you're still missing some, this guide is for you!
Overview
These fragments look like Debt-bonds of various colors hidden all across Orb Vallis. Unlike Kurias, they don't make a sound nor do they show up on the minimap with loot detection mods like Cephalon Fragments. Your only cue is your scanner that highlights them in orange (or green if you've already scanned them).
As of Hotfix 24.2.8, Helios should be scanning the fragments automatically as soon as they are in its line of sight - consider taking one with you on your hunt!

There are 35 fragments total, 5 per each major Fortuna character:

  • Eudico
  • Legs
  • Little Duck
  • Rude Zuud
  • Smokefinger
  • The Business
  • Ticker

Map of the fragments by name and number listed on scans:
(credit for making the map goes to the Reddit user BierWurstGER, I just added the numbers)

While it's technically possible to get everything on foot, an Archwing is highly recommended. If getting a fragment on a base is bothersome due to enemies, you can capture the base to disable spawns.

Although fragments seem to have a set number, they will be unlocking from 1 to 5 regardless of what was shown when you scanned the fragment, as apparently intended by DE. The fragments in this guide are sorted according to their in-game number seen on scans.

It seems that there are no special rewards for getting all the fragments like for Kurias or Thousand-year fish.
Eudico
1. [1/5]

In a cave north to the Coolant Reservoir. If you entered it from the side with the mushroom, you'll need to follow the path down into where the coolant flows. If you're near a small pool of water, go upward to the streams of coolant. Once you reach the spot where the streams of coolant cross, look toward the pool - one stream goes into the pool, and the right one goes into a small tunnel. You can crouch or slide into it to find the fragment right away.

2. [2/5]

This one's next to a Corpus tunnel south-west to the Temple of Profit. There's a road west of the Temple where the tunnel is the dead-end. The fragment is on the northern side of the tunnel resting on the right support.

3. [3/5]

This fragment awaits on a Corpus radar/transmission tower north-west of Transit Depot. There's also a cave north-west of Transit Depot, and the tower would be east of that cave. The radar has a platform with railings. Approach it from the side with no railings, climb onto the platform and you'll find the fragment to the left of the radar.

4. [4/5]

Out of three caves south-west to the Temple Fabrication this is the easternmost one. Inside there's a large lake with an Orokin structure stuck in it. Climb one of the structure's sides and get to the top to see a secret tunnel. Follow through and you'll see a fragment among the rocks. A toroid also can spawn here.

5. [5/5]

On the southern edge of the map there's a large round lake with a Corpus ship crash-landed into it and a rock formation in the middle. The fragment rests on one of the sides of the formation - approach it so that you'll be facing the nearby mushroom field and the ship should be to your right.
Legs
1. [1/5]

A landing platform south-east to Reflector Control that has a tunnel leading to it, there's a ship landed on said platform. Drop to the platform's base - the fragment is on the support at the corner furthest from the ship.

2. [2/5]

This one can be found in a cave in the lower left corner of the map. Its main landmark is ruins of an Orokin structure that crashed through the rock, creating a pit. Go down to the base of the structure in the pit and go counterclockwise around it until you see some land with glowing mushrooms at its base. This is also where a Toroid can spawn.

3. [3/5]

This one is a bit tricky since it's out in the wild. Roads make a triangle west of Spaceport, and there are two ponds next to this triangle - we need the northern one. There's a patch of rocks to the north of this lake. Look ontop of them to find the fragment.

4. [4/5]

This fragment can be found at the Temple of Profit's northernmost part in one of the grates at the base of the statue. You need to be facing the statue's back to find it.

5. [5/5]

There are two caves south-west to Spaceport, this is the southernmost of the two. It has a massive chasm inside with a stone bridge divided by icicles connecting the sides. Get to the side of the bridge where you can see both exit tunnels - there's a rock platform with two tunnels, one massive and another with icicles hanging down. Head to the icy tunnel and turn left, follow the tunnel and find the fragment. A toroid may also spawn here.
Little Duck
1. [1/5]

Easternmost part of the map, on the horns of the tower to the south-east of the Harindi Crater and north-east of the Orokin Dig site, right inbetween the two easternmost caves in that area.

2. [2/5]

Grow site - get to its lower left corner and look for the inner pillars to your right. One of them has the fragment on top of its lights.

3. [3/5]

A cave west to Harindi Crater has a truck of some sort crashed on its floor. There is a large fishable body of water with many icicles and crates on the other side. Come to the edge of it and jump down. Turn around and watch out for electrified water. You can see a round wheel-like thing attached to a wire hanging from above. Jump on the thing and watch as another sparkling end of the wire rises and the water is no longer electrified. You can see some icicles further ahead and a small tunnel among them- rush forth and slide into it before the wire lowers and electrifies the water again. Follow the tunnel - the fragment is past the mushrooms to your right near some rocks near the cave leading to a jump flower. A toroid can also spawn here.

4. [4/5]

In a cave directly west to Spaceport. There's a hole in the ceiling and a jump flower right below. A stream of coolant runs downward next to the flower - follow it down and watch out for a hole to the left. If you entered the cave from the other side and you see a hole with the coolant leaking out, you can jump into that hole and go forward - then the hole should be to your right. Follow the secret tunnel to the very end - the fragment is on some rocks to the left where glowing mushrooms grow. A toroid can also spawn here.

5. [5/5]

The road to Reflector Control has two archlike turns, and the wider, western arch has a small blue dot near its top. This dot marks a Corpus structure with a rocket turret and a holographic billboard. The fragment sits in the corner of the billboard's frame.
Rude Zuud
1. [1/5]

A cave east to Transit Depot has a stream running inside a small cavity. You'll have to duck to get in, follow it through and the fragment will be in the end of the tunnel. A toroid also may spawn here.

2. [2/5]

This fragment can be found on the southern wall of the eastern entrance to the Temple of Profit's area.

3. [3/5]

A cave north to the lake with the ship crash-landed in it and south-east to Enrichment labs, looks like a tunnel with a large Orokin structrure exploded in the middle with construction drones hovering near. The fragment is past a large water body next to the ruins, there's a curve-like rock formation with icicles above and three glowing mushrooms on it. The fragment is on this curve.

4. [4/5]

You can find this fragment in a mountain range north to the three caves that are very close to each other on the western side of the map.

5. [5/5]

This fragment is at the lake with some Corpus structures east of Fortuna's elevator, hidden inbetween a truck and a pipe.
Smokefinger
1. [1/5]

You can find the fragment at the Coolant Reservoir, leaning on a railing on a platform north-east to the tower's base.

2. [2/5]

A cave to the south-east of the cave in the very lower left corner of the map has a rocky arch and a patch of mushrooms leading to a small cavity in the ceiling. The fragment is in this cavity. A toroid can spawn here.

3. [3/5]

The fragment is out in the open on the roof of a building south of Spaceport.

4. [4/5]

This tricky fragment is located at the western part of the Ustara Crater near one of the hills. It leans against one of the western rocky "petals" on some snow.

5. [5/5]

Out of the three caves south-west to the Temple Fabrication this is the westernmost one. It has a tiled floor and a table in the middle. To the far right is a platform with a wire attached and some containers on the other side. Interact with the device to which the wire is attached and the container platform will move toward you, revealing a hidden cave. Enter it and in the end you'll see a rock. To its right leans a fragment. This place can also have a toroid.

Special thanks to eevyern for confirming the numbers on these fragments!
The Business
1. [1/5]

A cave west to the large southernmost lake with a ship crash-landed in it. There's a hidden tunnel next to the jump flower - follow it through to the end, the fragment would be to your left. A toroid can also spawn there.

2. [2/5]

A fragment in Orokin Dig Site tunnel - near the end, to the right amidst the clutter.

3. [3/5]

In the top-left corner of the map there is a base of what once was a tower. Its "horns" rest beside it, the fragment rests behind them.

4. [4/5]

The cave north-west to the Orokin Dig Site has a hole leading down to a massive cave with giant glowing Orokin coils. Inbetween the coils is a piece of Orokin structure with mushrooms growing on it. The fragment is on one of the mushrooms. A toroid may spawn under the coil closest to the jump flower exit.

5. [5/5]

This one might be a bit hard to spot at first. There's a massive arch east of the Pearl. The fragment rests on its top.
Ticker
1. [1/5]

There is a Corpus structure with pipes near the easternmost lake to Reflector Control. The fragment is on the base of said structure.

2. [2/5]

There's a lake north of Central Maintenance with three rivers. Coolant flows into it from a nearby rock. Follow the stream upwards and go through the arch, then climb higher and turn around. You'll see a small edge with the fragment on top.

3. [3/5]

The cave east to the Orokin Dig Site has a tiled floor with Corpus stuff lying around and a body of water with a large machine next to it - it's an interactive pump. Go to its levers and interact with them to drain the water. Jump down on a rock, turn around and jump into a tunnel. Follow it to the end. The fragment is stuck in the icicle pillar. A toroid can also spawn here.

4. [4/5]

You can find this fragment at Temple fabrication, at the backside of the head's top.

5. [5/5]

A cave south to Ustara Crater and north to the Grow Center. It's a very long cave with Orokin structures lining the floor and creating a broken bridge across the water below. Go to the bridge that has both its ends fallen off and look where it leads upward. You will notice a tunnel and a cylindrical Orokin structure to the right of it. Go to the tunnel and look to your right. You will see that structure rammed into rocks. Come closer where it touches the ground and you'll see there's a tunnel leading downward. At the end there's a metallic piece with 4 rods branching towards you, and if you get to where it has coolant iced over it, you'll see the fragment. A toroid can also spawn here.
Conclusion
This guide can be improved with your feedback! Please, feel free to point out if some descriptions are unclear, the wording is weird or the screenshots aren't too helpful - I will make sure to fix it as soon as I can.

Thanks for reading, best of luck in your search and hope this helps!

if you have trouble with ticker 3/5 from the water hitbox not updating after pumping it try returning to your base and then retrying, that's what worked for me, while just returning to Fortuna didn't work

Currently Rude Zuud 4, Smokefinger 4, and Ticker 2 are bugged and can't be scanned by the player. You can however use Helios and it will scan them for you.

That really cool how Ticker's 4/5 Memory location is now a full Narmer Head, and yet the memory still behind the structure!

Ok, so trying to get the ticker 3/5 but after interacting with the pump it won't let me jump down. It keeps putting me back at the top like I jumped in water, any recommendation for a fix?

My fiancee found where the post New War Ticker fragment in Temple Fabrication is now. Behind Ballas' head- it is on a slanted part of a pillar holding up the head. The other scanable is on an upper part of the same structure if anyone is collecting those as well.

Very useful info: You can tell which fragments you specifically missed in the Codex by looking at the bottom bar on each fragment. If its filled you already got that specific number, ifs not filled, you didn't collect it yet.

Here's the visualization:

@Eschaton Monk Judging by your minimap, you're on the opposite side of the tunnel.
Here's where you are on that screenshot, with the fragment waypointed- it's past that large vertical piece.

Here's a screenshot showing the side you're searching and the side where the fragment is, it waypointed:

Hope this helps!
