2.0 drastically slowed down ship movements, both sublight and movements between systems, by forcing the use of slow hyperlanes. This mod increases the speed of all movements to make the game less of a slog.

- Sublight movement speed increased 3.33 fold

- Hyperlane windup has been slightly reduced

- Hyperlane travel speed has been increased

- Jump drive cooldown has been reduced

- Emergency FTL cooldown in combat has been reduced

- Maximum penalty for hyperlane windup far away from friendly territory cut from 5x to 2x

Should be compatible with all mods.

NOTE: Missile stats are not affected, as this breaks too many mods that already contain their own fixes. If you are not using any weapon-editing mods, install https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1586603994

@Shelanoir If I were You I would delete his link it`s just copy paste from your mod that dosen`t even work.

So, yes, in case it wasn't obvious, this is dead --- paradox broke Stellaris too much, too often, I've stopped playing and stopped caring. Shared under CC-BY-SA, y'all have fun. If you can.
