The Dead Cells Build Compendium

This is a collection of builds that I have created from my own ideas and based off of some memes. You can try these out in custom mode.

First Things First

If you wanna try out custom mode but don't know how to.

You can go to the Dead Cells betas tab in its properties.

The builds will be sectioned in the 3 Main Weapon Categories, if the weapons fall into 2 categories then the build will be put into the section of the common category of its components.

Tactics

The Comes-Around

When I came up with this build my main inspiration was the Boomerang Monkey from the Bloons Tower Defense series. Seeing the max level tower I thought I could try and recreate that in DC.

Weapons:
This weapon can be spammed constantly if you parry it with another boomerang. This is perfect for a glass cannon build because you can be at a very safe distance whilst constantly hurting the enemy especially in the new Alpha mechanic where the boomerang will keep bouncing on the enemy until it dies.

Optionals:
Anywhere in the game the boomerang could do some damage to elites and bosses if they havent been upgraded. With the Double Crossb-o-matic you can make those kinds of battles as quick as the battles with normal enemies.

With the bleeding on hit mechanic, you can still do more damge if your out of range with the boomerangs.

Survival

The Communist

With this loadout you shall bring down Communist Glory onto your enemies!

Weapons:
This will symbolize part of the Hammer & Sickle. This is useful in the sense that all you capitalist enemies will be stunned by the power of your communist smash.


Though not exactly a Sickle, the icon for the hook will fill in the next part. Since the Hammer has short-ish range the hook will work wonders for the enemies that are out of your reach.
