2018 Guide For Jukebox Audio Replacement

To be honest, I was about to make a COMPLETE GUIDE, but Steam closed the flip-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up on my ass, and I don't have a backup of all that data....
Welp.

Simply:
Download GoldWave
Download 5 songs
convert them into .wav | 16-bit | 22,050Hz | 705kbps | stereo | pcm-signed via batch conversion under file
put converted files in modname here mate\sound\music\flu\jukebox
drag entire directory folder onto vpk.exe
upload new vpk to workshop with a title, tags, preview picture, modded songs to replace what vanilla songs
put modded songs as youtube links for ppl to listen to
subscribe to mod
launch l4d2
let l4d2 update workshop
close l4d2
copy the set of numbers from your mod's url
paste said numbers into the workshop folder search of l4d2
copy the .vpk into a new 'sound\music\flu\jukebox' but in your Workshop folder.
run l4d2
run 'snd_buildaudiocachefordirectory <whatever directory it's in>'
run 'snd_rebuildaudiocache'
play the waiting game
close game
unpack vpk with vpk.exe
go to the 'sound' folder and cut the sound.cache, pasting it into the mod's 'sound' folder
repackage vpk folder
update workshop submission with a changelog
play waiting game
done waiting
test the mod
if it sounds fast/slow/scratchy/no audio/noise instead of music/song ends early, you f*cked up somewhere.
If it sounds just fine and plays to the end of the audio track, congrats you made a working mod.

i managed to fix it by changing the hertz of the audio files, now they play fine

I don't know what happened there but that could be something wrong w/ the engine.
Have a look at the second chapter in this guide and maybe you can find out what was missing!

i followed this and everything works, except that the audio is WAY too slow, do i need to speed it up again?
