This score serves as a test.
The oil industry in the industry DLC has a massive mistake.

In this score, an oil power plant was built as a test, this is usually supplied by locally produced oil.

With the old zone-based industry specialization for oil production, it works.

With the new industrial districts/quarters for oil production this does not work, all produced oil is exported or stored if a suitable storage area is available.

In order to stop the export, the road connection to the motorway can be broken off, you will notice that not a single truck with oil drives to the oil power plant.
