Cruise control speed is self explanatory, the green icon in the middle of your dash confirms this. A18 means you're using an automatic gearbox with 18 gears. The time is also self explanatory as well as your milage.

second if that wasn,t the case than your talking about the green indicator above that means -> the green indicator is cruise control enabled when it is enabled you dont need to use the acceleration controls cruise control means a lock on your acceleration what means... it locks your mph to steady position. if you drive 75mph and you push C on your keyboard your truck continues driving 75mph without using pedals or the W or button up control key on your keyboard. very useful for avoiding speedtickets
