How to easily complete the surgery game mode.

Should give a basic idea of what to expect.

1. Open him up with your hands
2. Look around on the instentine(the big snake looking thing). You need to find a little worm looking thing sticking out


This image clearly shows what you need to cut, I believe it's random where it is. Try moving and grabbing the intestine with your hand or just restart until it's in an easy spot.

3. Grab a knife/scalpel on your right(I use spacebar and F to pick it up)and just touch the worm thing with the blade. You need to keep the knife on there for a bit as shown in the video.

4. Close him up and you're good to go.

I don't believe you need to worry about keeping his organs inside or anything else.

I was going to say this, but its best you include it in the guide as well. Overall, good guide. I actually got stuck here, and the only clue would be Appendix Surgery, i googled it and stil lhad no clue what I was doing. I actually got the achivement thanks to you.

How does one close him up? I managed tocut out the worm but i cant close him op now.
