Achievements (1/6)
"Get the party started"
Win stage 1 with 3 stars.
Complete level one and earn three stars to unlock this achievement.

"Only counts as one"
Defeat 10 enemies with a single thunderbolt power.
You can obtain this as early as level two if you want.

An easy way to get it is just build barracks in the beginning to funnel all the enemies into one group, then use your thunderbolt power.

You can either get this on wave one or wave two if done properly.

"The Art of War"
Read all tip cards.
Simply read all the blue tool tips that appear in the upper-left corner of the screen during the first three levels to unlock this achievement.

"I need a Hero"
Complete 3 stages without the hero dying.
Complete any three stages without your hero unit dying to unlock this achievement. You obtain the hero on level one, "Gray Ravens", so can earn this achievement as early as level three.

"Dwarf Falls"
Save 13 barrelled dwarves.
Found in level three, "Waterfalls Trail", you'll need to click on the dwarves as they head down the falls in their barrels.

Click on 13 of them before they smash into the rocks below to unlock this achievement. This can be done over the course of one or multiple playthroughs.

"Shenzi, Banzai & Ed"
End stage 3 without scaring more than 3 hyenas.
On level three, "Waterfalls Trail", you need to avoid "scaring" no more than three hyenas. You scare them by having melee units near them, which causes them to run faster through the map. Avoid using the Barracks, reinforcements and your hero in the area marked in red, as that is their pathway. The lower path is fine, as no hyenas spawn from that section of the map.

"George Fall"
Find George!
This achievement can be obtained in level four, "Redwood Stand". Before you start the match, click the vine in the upper-right corner of the map several times until you trigger the animation; George will swing down and smack into one of the trees, unlocking this achievement.

"Gnollbuster"
Defeat 900 gnolls.
You'll earn this early on in the campaign from just playing normally. This achievement is more or less unmissable as you progress through the campaign.

"Truth or Dare"
Call 13 or more early waves on any given stage.
The first level you can earn this on is level four, "Redwood Stand". Call in 13/14 waves in early to unlock this achievement. Additionally, you can do it on any level with at least 13 waves in total.

"Brave Little Tailor"
Don't let the hero die against an Ettin on Stage 4.
Don't let your hero die to any Ettin in level four, "Redwood Stand". They can die from other enemies, just not from an Ettin.

So make sure to keep a watchful eye on your hero during this level.

"Garden Song"
Activate 50 magical plants.
Use the plants arcane ability 50 times over any number of levels to unlock this ability. It counts whether or not the plant hurts or kills an enemy, so click away! You can find these magical plants on levels three through level six, so feel free to play any of these levels to progress this achievement.

"Scissorfinger"
Find the matching bushes.
In level five, "Royal Gardens", you'll notice three hedges cut in the shape of various video game characters. Click them and match all three hedges to unlock this achievement.

There are several different shapes and it is random as to what three will be the matching set when you load the level, so play around with it and see which matching set you've got. Each time I loaded the level I had a different matching set.

"Stargazer"
Earn 15 stars.
Earn 15/75 stars across any number of levels to unlock this achievement.

"I volunteer as tribute"
Deploy 500 or more reinforcements into battle.
Use your reinforcement ability to call in at least 500 units into any number of levels. This achievement is cumulative, so you'll unlock this as you progress the game naturally.

"Ace of Spades"
Complete Stage 5 without building any barracks.
You can complete this relatively easily, but if you're having difficulties, you can always upgrade your towers/hero and come back to it. You'll need to play the whole level without building any additional barracks. However, you can utilize the one the game builds for you in the beginning.

"Robin Of Elfwood"
Earn 3 stars on each Elven Woods campaign stage.
Earn all three stars in levels one through six (forest stages) to unlock this achievement.

"Why so serious?"
Defeat Hi-Hi Enha, the Gnoll Chieftain.
Defeat Hi-Hi- Enha in level six, "Gryphon Point", to unlock this achievement. He'll appear at the end of the last wave, so make sure to have all your abilities and hero alive and ready to go. He'll appear on the left side of the map. He's fairly slow, but has a lot of hit points. Once he dies, all the other enemies on the map will as well and you'll unlock this achievement.

"Candy Rush"
Save Hans and Ethel.
On the eighth level, "Grimmsburg", click on the door to the candy house and a witch will come out. Repeatedly click on her and she'll burst into flames, unlocking this achievement and saving Hans and Ethel in the process.

"Fee-fi-fo-fum!"
Grow the beanstalk to the clouds!
At the top of the map in the middle, there is a small stalk in the ground. Click it so it grows up and off screen, unlocking this achievement. Simply enough, no? You'll also earn yourself an extra 150 gold in the process!

Achievements (2/6)
"Peekaboo"
Find the three playing friends.
On the eighth level, "Gimmsburg", you'll find Little Red Riding Hood, The Big Bad Wolf & one of The Three Little Pigs for this achievement. They are located in the general area shown below. The pig will show up in any one of the three houses. The wolf will appear in the upper circle and Riding Hood will appear in the one below.

"Gloomicide"
Defeat 100 gloomies before they duplicate.
You'll need to kill 100 of these before they duplicate. You'll see them for the first time on level eight, "Gimmsburg" and can achieve this in a single playthrough of said level if need be, though it is cumulative. The easiest way to kill them is to use the poisonous plants nearby and mage/archer towers at the top of where they spawn to wipe them out quickly.

"Vorpal Blade"
Defeat 5 Bandersnatches only by dealing them damage.
This achievement is worded rather poorly, but what it means is you have to kill five Bandersnatches with just damage. In other words, no instant-kill tower abilities or spells. You can use things like your thunderbolt to inflict damage to them. You'll most likely earn this by simply progressing through the game.

"Gargamel"
In the tenth level, "Neverwonder", click on a total of ten gnomes to unlock this achievement. Congrats, you squished poor, innocent gnomes you bully!

"Shroom Says"
Complete a 9 tap challenge of the Shroom game.
Just like the game, Simon Says, complete the pattern that the mushrooms light up, all the way to nine taps in a row in order to unlock this achievement. You can't start this until you begin the first wave, so you'll need to do this over the course of one match, which can be kind of distracting.

"Stardust"
Earn 30 stars.
Collect 30 or more stars in total from any number of levels to unlock this achievement.

"Game of Thrones"
Defeat Malicia!
Complete level 11 and deafeat Malicia at the end of wave 15 to unlock this achievement.

"I like to move it!"
Entertain the funny lemure.
You can find the lemure on level 12 in the middle of the screen. When it comes out onto the vine, just click on it a few times to unlock this achievement.

"Not Today!"
Complete 7 stages without the hero dying.
Start and finish any seven stages without letting your hero die to unlock this achievement.

"Sorcerer's Apprentice"
Find the three apprentice relics!
On the thirteenth level, "Arcane Quarters", find and click on the three relics to unlock this achievement. They are located in the following areas:

"D&D"
Have Beresad and Ashbite defeat 100 enemies.
In level thirteen, "Arcane Quarters", use both dragons and have a combined total of 100 kills between them. This achievement is cumulative and can be done over any number of playthroughs. You can also use one, the other, or both dragons if you want.

"Green Arrow"
Defeat 500 enemies with reinforcements' projectiles.
Once you upgrade your reinforcements with the 2nd upgrade, "Elven Stars", they'll be able to utilize ranged weapons on both ground and air targets alike. Kill 500 enemies using said ranged weapons to unlock this achievement.

"Pixiebell"
Earn 3 stars on each Faery Grove campaign stage.
Complete levels 7-11 with three stars each to unlock this achievement.

"White rabbit"
Scare 11 idle white rabbits!
You can find these in level two through five. Click on any of the roaming rabbits 11 times to unlock this achievement. You can click the same ones over and over again and it will still count towards the total.

"Gathering the magic"
Defeat 80 enemies with the magic Blossoms.
Just like the achievement "Garden Song", you need to use these magical plants to kill at least 80 enemies. This achievement is cumulative and these plants can be found in levels three through six, so pick any of these and get to killing!

"Rockstar"
Earn 50 stars.
Collect any 50/75 stars across any levels and/or difficulties to unlock this achievement.

"Jurassic Lake"
Crystalize a single creep for more than 10 secs.
On level nine, "The Crystal Lake", buy and use the Crystal Dragons to crystalize a single enemy for more than 10 seconds before its death.

It's recommended you invest in both on a single side and the extra time bonus that keeps them crystalized for longer. It's a fairly easy achievement, so you should get it without much trouble.

"It's a Trap!"
Prevent Mactans from webbing at least 8 towers.
On level fourteen, "Mactans' Retreat", Mactan will come down and start spinning webs over one of your towers. Simply click on him multiple times to stop him. Do this eight or more times to unlock this achievement.

"Lullaby!"
Defeat 50 sleeping enemies.
Using the Arcane Archers' sleep ability, you need to kill 50 enemies that are asleep at the time of death. This achievement is fairly simple to earn and you'll most likely achieve it without really trying.

"Footloose"
Perfect Parry for a total of 1000 damage.
You can earn this as early on as level five, "Royal Gardens". Upgrade the barracks fully and enable the Perfect Parry ability to begin accumulating damage towards this goal. This total is cumulative, so you can earn it over the course of any number of levels.
Achievements (3/6)
"Rambo Style"
Defeat 50 flying enemies with Arcane Burst arrows.
You'll need to upgrade your archer towers to level four and select the left ability to turn them into Arcane Archers. Upgrade them with the ability Burst Arrow and have them kill 50 flying enemies to unlock this achievement with the primary shot, not the AOE or subsequent regular arrows.

Note - Killing the duplicated Glooms does not count towards this total. Only the original ones will count.

"1,2,3...Plant!"
Grow 100 barbed vines!
You'll need to upgrade your barracks to level four and select the right ability to turn them into Forest Keepers. Upgrade them with the Eerie Gardener ability so they can spawn barbed vines. Have them use this ability 100 times to unlock this achievement.

"Counter Master"
Defeat 250 enemies while silenced.
You'll need to upgrade your mage towers to level four and select the left ability to turn them into High Wild Magus. Invest in the Ward of Disruption ability and silence your enemies. Kill 250 of them while they are silenced to unlock this ability.

"Tauriel Apprentice"
Make 600 Blade Dance moves.
You'll need to upgrade your barracks to level four and select the left ability to turn them into Bladeslingers . Upgrade them with the ability Blade Dance and have them use this ability 600 times to unlock this achievement.

"Beornings"
Have 8 or more Runed Bears in any single stage.
You can earn this easily. If you go to the last stage, you'll generate more than enough money to place these naturally. Alternatively, you can always sell several towers towards the end when they are no longer needed and place Runed Bears in their stead to unlock this achievement.

"Red Five"
Complete any stage with 5 active arcane sentinels.
You'll need to upgrade your mage towers to level four and select the right ability to turn them into High Elven Mages. Invest in the Arcane Sentinel ability and have five of them active in total when you complete the level. Once you beat the level and all five sentinels are still active, this achievement will unlock.

"Heavyweight Class"
Stun 10 or more enemies with a single clobber.
Select level 11, "The Unseelie Court" and select the "iron" difficulty. Place a single Weirdwood on the point shown below and upgrade it with the Clobber ability. You should have no problem unlocking this achievement in a single playthrough.

"It's a kind of magic"
Defeat 50 enemies with Eldritch Doom explosions.
Using the mage's left ability when upgrading them to level four, activate and utilize the Eldritch Doom ability to kill 50 enemies to unlock this achievement. This achievement is cumulative and can be earned over any number of levels and/or playthroughs.

"Valar Morghulis"
Mark a total of 5 targets simultaneously.
This one can be rather tricky if only because you need at least five Golden Longbow towers, but that drastically lowers your overall DPS, which can cause you to leak enemies and fail the level before you're able to compelete it. I completed it on the last level fairly easily, but you do have to micro-manage troops to avoid leaking too much. Avoid upgrading your longbows with the Crimson Sentence ability to avoid one-hit killing your marked targets.

"Phantom Zoned"
Keep enemies out of time for a total of 1000 seconds.
Using the mage's right ability when upgrading them to level four, activate and utilize the Timelapse ability to phase out enemies for a total of 1,000 seconds. This achievement is cumulative and can be earned over any number of levels and/or playthroughs.

"Killtacular!"
Crimson Sentence 10 enemies in a single wave.
A great level to do this on would be the last level due to the high influx of gold, which gives you the ability to max out several towers with the Crimson Sentence ability. The setup I completed it with was as follows:

"No Pain, No Gain"
Deal over 100,000 damage with Sylvan Curses.
Once you unlock this tower after level seven, upgrade it using the left skill tree and put money into the Sylvan Curse ability. Inflict over 100,000 points of damage to cursed enemies to unlock this achievement.

"Wildfire harvest"
Throw 1,000 burning nuts.
Once you unlock this tower after level seven, upgrade it using the right skill tree and put money into the "Fiery Nut" ability. You'll need to throw 1,000 flaming nuts (not the regular ones) in order to unlock this achievement so it will take a bit of grinding to accomplish that.
Achievements (4/6)
"The bigger they are..."
Defeat 7 Golems before they walk past half the stage.
This achievement isn't terribly difficult. It's easiest to complete on the final stage, as the amount of money you generate from all the enemies gives you enough to maximize your towers fairly quickly, enabling you to kill the Golems swiftly.

You can invest in the mage tower's "Eldritch Doom" or the archer's "Crimson Sentence" to instantly kill these if you're lucky, but it's not necessary if you have enough defenses in place to deal enough damage.

"Call me Mr. Pig"
Make the Razor Boars trample and kill 20 enemies.
With the right setup, this achievement is really easy to obtain. Select level 12, "The Ascent" and build three level one barracks in the bottom-right corner. You can build other towers as you see fit, but by wave 4-5 you will start having boars and spiders spawning together. The spiders are weak and make great targets for the boars. I also recommend Catha as your hero - use her sleeping spell to momentarily stall the spiders and give the boars a chance to catch up and run them over. Repeat this a few times and you should have your achievement.

"Dogfight Ace"
Have your Gryphon Riders defeat 25 Perythons.
On level six, "Gryffon Point", you'll want to target the Perythons, which show up in mass by wave 11. Select your appropriate gryffon when the enemy is in the following pathways show below. Once you kill 25 of these with your gryffon, this achievement will unlock.

"Simcity"
Build a Level 4 tower on every holder of a stage.
This can be done easily on level 14, "Mactans' Retreat". If you go easy on the ability upgrades, you should have more than enough money to upgrade all the towers to level four with some money left over.

"Ding! Ding! Ding!"
Raise all 3 basic heroes to level 10.
The three "basic" heroes are the first three. Raise each one of them to level ten to unlock this achievement.

"The Bone Collector"
Collect 100,000 gold from defeated enemies.
You'll gradually earn this achievement over time as you grind out the other ones, so there's no point in grinding specifically for this one.

"1.21 Gigawatts!"
Cast 1210 lightning bolts.
Use your lightning bolt ability enough times to cast down 1,210 bolts and you'll unlock this achievement. Leveling up the ability to deal extra bolts of damage will help speed this achievement along.

"War never changes"
Have 1,500 of your own soldiers defeated in battle.
This is a cumulative achievement that you'll earn over time. Just make sure to be liberal with your reinforcements and once 1,500 are killed by enemies in total, you'll unlock this achievement. Pour one out for your fallen comrades.
Achievements (5/6)
"I meant the red wire"
Have your soldiers avoid 50 blasting spell explosions.
You'll start seeing twilight avengers at level seven and onward. They have the ability to buff lesser enemies with a blasting spell. What you need to do is let them buff the enemies, then quickly dispatch the buffed enemies before they hit your soldiers. It's recommended using something quick like your hero ability or the lightning bolts, but feel free to do it as best you see fit.

The easiest way to achieve this is on level 11, "Unseelie Court" on the iron difficulty. Let the twilight avengers buff the rabbits, then hit them with your lightning spell.

"Brother vs brother"
Have your Renegades defeat 50 twilight elves.
In the final level, there is a renegade barracks already built. You need to have the soldiers of that barracks defeat 50 twilight elves to unlock this achievement. It's pretty easy to do, but might require a few playthroughs of the level. Make sure to upgrade them to keep them alive and in combat longer.

"Winter is coming"
Freeze 100 enemies with the Sorcerer's Stones.
Utilizing the Sorcerer's Stones, freeze a total of 100 enemies to unlock this achievement. This achievement is cumulative and can be completed over any number of playthroughs and/or levels. You can find these stones on levels 12 through 15.

"Killer Tomatoes!"
Defeat 500 enemies with the poison Vines.
You'll find these on levels 7-8 and 10-11 (there are none on the "Crystal Lake"). The vines have to land the killing blow on an enemy to count. Use them on weaker enemies to ensure a clean kill. Do note that the poison does not stack.

"Kingsfoil Leaves"
Give regeneration 25 times to the same soldier.
This achievement sounds harder than it really is, as there is a simple method to unlocking it. First, load level eight, "Grimmsburg" and place three barracks. Upgrade these barracks utilizing the Forest Keepers branch (no pun intended) and invest in both the healing and oak spear upgrades. Place all three of the groups on top of one another as support them with reinforcements, poisonous vines and your hero as needed. I took Catha as my hero for her Faery Soul healing abilities, but your preference may vary.

"City of Splendors"
Earn 3 stars on each Ancient City campaign stage.
Earn three stars in levels 12-15 to unlock this achievement.

"Starcraft"
Earn all stars from each Campaign stage.
Ambigious description aside, you need to three star all campaign levels on the first difficulty (campaign). You do not need to earn the stars on "Heroic" or "Iron" difficulty to unlock this achievement.

"We are the Champions"
Defeat the Spider Goddess!
Complete level 15, "Shrine of Elynie" and defeat the boss to unlock this achievement.

"Great Defender"
Complete the Campaign in Normal difficulty.
Complete all 15 levels on "Normal" difficulty to unlock this achievement. You do not need to complete any of the expansion levels to unlock this achievement.

"Heroic Rush"
Complete all campaign Heroic challenges.
Complete all 15 levels on "Heroic" difficulty to unlock this achievement. You do not need to complete any of the expansion levels to unlock this achievement.

"Iron Rush"
Complete all campaign Iron challenges.
Complete all 15 levels on "Iron" difficulty to unlock this achievement. You do not need to complete any of the expansion levels to unlock this achievement.

"Gnollum"
Defeat 100 Bloodsydian Gnolls.
This achievement was introduced in the expansion and can only be obtained in the expansion levels, which feature Blood Gnolls. You encounter them starting on the very first level. Eliminate 100 of them to unlock this achievement.

"Malik Unchained"
Help Malik escape.
This achievement was introduced in the expansion and can only be obtained in the expansion levels, specifically level two. In this, you'll see a hero coming out of the cave, who mines for ore, then leaves again. Above his head you'll see the lightening icon for a few seconds. Use it on the two guards to free him, letting you use him during the level and unlocking this achievement.

"Mitchell-Hedges"
Collect the 3 strange skulls.
This achievement was introduced in the expansion and can only be obtained in the expansion levels, specifically level one through three, which each have a single crystal skull. Click on them in each level to unlock this achievement.

"Wile E."
Help Wile E. capture the elusive bird.
This achievement was introduced in the expansion and can only be obtained in the expansion levels, specifically level three. Click on the bush shown below to unlock this achievement.

"Off with your head!"
Defeat Bram the Beheader.
This achievement was introduced in the expansion and can only be obtained in the expansion levels, specifically level three. By finishing it and defeating the boss, Bram the Beheader, you'll unlock this achievement.

The Pick of Destiny
"Defeat Godieth the Dark Balrog."
Defeat the end boss in the level, "Tainted Pit" to unlock this achievement. You can defeat him on any difficulty you wish.
Achievements (6/6)
"The Banner Saga"
Have Bolverk kill 100 enemies.
On the level, "Tainted Pit", you'll be given control of an additional hero, Bolverk. You need to have him kill any 100 enemies to unlock this achievement, so you'll probably have to play through the level a few times to unlock it. Note, this is not a selectable hero and he is only found on this one level.

"Nimloth the Fair"
Stun 200 enemies with the white trees' power.
On the level, "Duskwood Outpost", you need to utilize the two trees and their ability to stun enemies. In total, you'll have to stun 200 enemies over the course of any number of playthroughs since you'll have to play the level several times to unlock this achievement.

"Pest Control"
Kill 100 Mounted Avengers.
You can find these enemies in the level, "Duredhel Outskirts".

You'll have to play the level several times to unlock this achievement. You can defeat them by any means and on any difficulty.

"My Lord Bag of Rice"
Defeat Baj'Nimen the hateful warlord.
Defeat the end boss in the level, "Duredhel Outskirts" to unlock this achievement. You can defeat him on any difficulty you wish.

"Supreme Defender" & Peerless Defender
Complete the Campaign in Veteran & Impossible difficulty.
This is different from the iron and heroic difficulty settings. You can change the overall difficulty by either clicking the cog wheel in the upper left-hand corner, or by clicking the flag of the respective level and changing it there.

*Note* - You don't need to play on heroic or iron and veteran/impossible to unlock these achievements.

An important note for the Heavyweight Class Achievement: On the same conditions set up above, make sure you only upgrade his Clobber ability ONCE, don't upgrade all 3 or he'll insta-kill the bunnies, which you don't want. At his lowest he does 75, and the damage is less if they're further away, meaning chances of stunning and not killing are better. Just putting that out there.

Also for the Kingsfoil Leaves Achievement: A better way you can get here is by playing the Tainted Pit level, make about 3 Forest Keeper buildings together, and take one of the healing heroes with you. Just stack the 3 of them up in a pile, and have 2 other barracks + Boverk the Extra Hero at the very beginning of where the enemies come out at, so they can take all the fire. Why I suggest tainted pit is because it throws fireballs randomly at any troops close to the lava pit, meaning more damage and more chances of healing for your Forest Keepers. Shouldn't be too difficult doing it in a few tries.

To level heroes the fastest, go to stage 12 ascent & use casual difficulty to give a higher exp multiplier

I don't remember where I read this, but for leveling the heroes for achievement, I found it much easier/faster to use lowest difficulty to powerlevel them

The best way you can take out mounted avengers is to use reg'son ability

If I complete the hard difficulty, would the normal difficulty also count as being overcome?

Sublime Guide. Thanks a bundle!

Tip: Bolverk its a pain in the arse. Like a very weak heroe, he dies easily. I recommend use Catha to put sleep the enemies and them use Bolverk to kill them. He´s good killing little enemies, because they have low hp and damage. Good luck!
