Notes

✧ This game is often updated, so more achievement are likely to be added.
✧ Game has no save feature, it has to be done in one go.
✧ There's a nasty glitch in some of the rooms where you can go through walls. Avoid doing this or your game will crash.

Walkthrough

• Immediately after starting the game, interact with receptionist and enter a name and age, then confirm.

Registration done

• Look for the room labeled as "Analyzes".
• Enter it.

Analyzes

• Interact with the toilet.

• A minigame will start. You need to spam "E" key until filling the bottle with urine.
• A second minigame will come afterwards, this time you need to catch 3 feces in one run using a tray. This is pretty much luck-based since the tray is very very slow and its timing is also randomized.
I recommend hitting "Enter" whenever you feel lucky and pray to catch them.
Also, hit "Enter" as soon as it starts for a free catch.

Note: 
This second mini-game is time based. 
The faster you spam "E", the more chances you'll have to catch feces. 
If you don't feel like breaking your "E" key, I recommend using a script that spams it for you. 
(This will also give you time for more attempts.)

• Go to Gastroscopy at the end of the corridor.

Gastroscopy

Warning: Jump scare incoming.

• This achievement is just for staring the mirror for a few seconds...

Ghost of Eva
Ghost of Eve found

• Sit in chair and wait for dialogs.
• Lay down in bed and go through the test. Doesn't matter if you don't pass it.
• Leave room.
• Go through all the other test rooms, except for Therapist.

X-ray

• Lay in bed and play or idle for results.

MRI

• Lay in bed and play or idle for results.

Sexologist

• Sit in chair and wait for dialogs.
• Stand behind the rack with holes
• Hit enter key once or hold it and release when it's closer to arrows, this can't be idled.
• Wait for the song to end.
• Take the door at the back of the room.
• Stand on marked spot.
• Can idle this test (male/female).

Ophthalmologist

• Approach the chair at the back of the room. Sit in there.
• Click thrice. This test can't be idled.
• Now, sit in the chair next to nurse.
• Hit the letters that show up, can't idle this test.
• Leave room.

Psychiatrist

• Sit in chair next to doctor.
• Pick any choices at survey, can also just spam Y or N.
• Hit "enter" right away on bottle test.
• Pick anything at shell test (1/2/3).
• Wait for the dance...
• After completing all tests, head to Therapist.

Therapist

• Sit in chair and wait for dialogs, this can take a while.

Bedroom

• You'll wake up in a room.
• Move the black fridge to find a key behind it, pick it up.

Key found

• Stand next to laptop at the other side of the room and hold E key next to it.

• Red bed will be moved, exposing a hidden door. Go through it.

Escape

• Go all the way downstairs.
• Go forward, then right and right again to find a door with a green light over it.
• Move the barrel near this area to find the second key.

• Go a few steps back until finding this area.

• Go to where the arrow is marking (there should be a door).
• Now, go all the way in and through the labyrinth to find the escape door.

• Congratulations on completing the game.
