INSTRUCTION:
Just replace the prototypeenginef.dll (gamedirectory) with the downloaded "4K" or "FHD" dll
Sound or Frame stuttering ?
Change your Sound settings!
to
24bit; 48000kHz
(Control Panel - Category - Hardware and Sound - Sound | Default Device - Properties)

A possible solution for better performance
Download and add the "addprototypperfoptions.reg"

These file change the priority of "CPU" - "RAM/SITE" - "I/O"
