I havnt played this in like 5+ years lol i dont know the last update they did to the game and i dont have any DLC past those shown here. But the largest part most cars worked when changing their spawn locations aside from 3 shown above. 1 could been added to junkyard just not barn. Im not sure if they have changed this since this was made.
The method of changing them should still be the same unless they encrypted the files since this was made. So give it a try just make a backup save of the file so you can restore the original if need be. Add the new spawn locations to the cars you want then launch and see if the game opens. If not just remove the changes or do them 1 by 1 to make sure you know which one works and doesnt.
Now it's 2024 and we have more DLCs.
And I don't think devs will add more...

Or perhaps new cars will break the game?
