Nationalsm and Imperialism CB At Level 1 DIP/ADM

Do you like hordes? Do you like how easily hordes can declare war with their ultimate CB? Fret not! With this mod you can declare war on anyone anytime like a horde!

*Nationalism works only on provinces in attacker's culture group. ( Nothing changed here. )

Aggressive Expansion Modifier: 50% >> %50
Prestige Modifier: 150% >> 150%
Warscore Cost Modifier: 50% >> %25

-Imperialism-

Attacker has diplomatic technology level 23 >> Attacker has diplomatic technology level 1
Aggressive Expansion Modifier: 75% >> %50
Prestige Modifier: 100% >> 100%
Warscore Cost Modifier: 75% >> %50

This mod edits wargoal_types and cb_types, should be compatible with pretty much everything. Should work with every update. It's a bit of a cheat mod i wanted to do for myself and decided to publish it. Have fun conquering everything!
