Mr. Lister has some valid remarks below.
This build is pretty OP right from the start. and really fun to play. It acts as a great support class in multiplayer as well as an all out killing machine while playing solo. I'm really regretting not starting on Hardcore because I haven't died once and I'm level 47 in Act III on Elite.
If anyone's having doubts about not putting any points in FOC or DEX, trust the guide. I haven't allotted a single point in those attributes but I will say this, try to get as many gems and enchantments that raise DEX. I currently have 18% crit chance an believe me, combined with the ridiculous crit damage you get from STR, I would say it's pretty much overkill.
Also, I think Tremor is just an absolute waste of points. I haven't used it ONCE. Not a single time. If you play your cards right you never need to be in the heat of the battle. You're pretty much a ranged class with an army of minions at your disposal. I used those points to max out Healing Bot and raise Immobilization Copter to get the Tier 1 bonus (you don't need more than that). I guess the Storm Burst or Onslaught skill would be more efficient as an "escape mechanism" but I haven't used them so don't take my word for it.
