Honeyside:Queen of Thieves

If you play Skyrim as the Head of the Thieves Guild, chances are you were bitterly underwhelmed by Honeyside. This is for every Thane of Riften or King or Queen or Thieves who ever felt they deserve a little more luxury than the vanilla shack offered.


This Honeyside has just about everything: a second story, a bath, full display for most artifacts including Daedric, room for up to 6 children, a working boat and an art studio for everyone who has ever wanted to paint or make a forgery.

The studio comes with the ability to create 15 different pieces of art for your home, and a choice of where to hang them. There is also a quest to find twelve different paintings around Skyrim and then to forge copies of each if you so desire. Of course the Thieves' Guild is interested, so once you've found one of your new trophies, talk to Rune, Brynjolf or Delvin (custom dialogue).

And, if you use this mod with "Brynjolf has Time", opening the journal in the display cupboard by the front door will allow you to ask the Lad to make himself at home, much in the same way he does in the Guild Master's room (yes, you can offer him the soap!) I don't believe it will have any effect on "Friendly Brynjolf". Perhaps someone could confirm this for me.

To get the home; buy it as per usual from Anuriel at Mistveil keep. Once you own it, buy all the furnishings just as you normally would. The children's room will now swap out for a Followers' room; Enchanting now comes with Alchemy.


This mod is resource -heavy, especially compared to my strictly vanilla mods. However, I have paid careful attention to make it compatible with either a vanilla aesthetic or a heavily textured approach: (and looks good with Snazzy Furniture or Sexy Riften)


*Uninstall: you must perform this function to uninstall: Gather up your loot (the chest at the top of the second story stairs is vanilla). Save. Go outside Honeyside to your garden, and you'll find a wood chopping block. Beside it, nestled in the foliage, is an urn. Activate it and it will undo all the furniture purchases. Save. Now exit the game and un-sub.

There are several custom Thieves' Guild trophies to display in your new Honeyside
A second casting of the Queen Bee statue is kept in Aringoth's safe
You can forge a copy (in the studio) of the East Empire Shipping map before you give the map to Delvin
You will find the rubbing from Calcemo's Falmer Rosetta stone in the Arcanaeum in the College of Winterhold.
The ornate drinking Horn can be found at Blackbriar lodge outside Riften and the jeweled Flagon in the Inn in Rorikstead, on the top of the shelf near the bar.
