Enchanting table convientently located next to the Whiterun fast travel location and Warmaiden's

This mod will only conflict with mods that alter that location.

I intentionally post this as separate MOD.
To leave the choice to people which ones they want to add.
I'll might make an collection of it later.

lol i admit im lazy and impatient but common i remember countless times ive got a new enchantment i want to unlock and then go SHIT i have to run all the way to the castle even quck travel wasnt quick enough XD anyway thanks for this man

YES!...THIS IS PERFECT...despite all the homes and all the mods...I still use whiterun as my main home and city...and the one thing that daunts me is that I have to freaking go up to dragon's reach every DAMN TIME! Great simple mod
